Sorry to report that I ate there today April 14 th for lunch ! 2 hours later , I became suddenly ill . Then a couple hours later ill again . Last time a couple hours later, I became ill again ! Once my body rid itself from the food intake , I was miraculously healed. I had the Greek salad with grilled chicken ! One of three things went terrible wrong or maybe all three ! I don't know ! Either the chicken was not fully cooked long enough , the salad dressing was bad or the veggies were not properly washed and I got E. coli ! But I doubt I'll ever darken there doorway again , even if offered a free meal ! On the plus side , the employees are extremely nice and inviting ! But I have to in the end , consider my health and the consequences from eating at this establishment! read more

This is a cute little Mediterranean restaurant located in Bellevue. It has a cozy vibe and is staffed by welcoming and friendly people. The food is absolutely delicious and reminds me of my time spent in the Middle East. Everything is very affordable (although they may joke that everything is $100 lol). I walked into this fast food gyro place to find a smiling man behind the counter singing and dancing to the music playing in the background, a huge smile upon his face. Well, that smile and good nature proved to be infectious and soon I was smiling at this friendly man's overall happy go lucky attitude. I opted for the gyro platter, which was very generous portioned, especially considering the price point was under $8.00. My food was quickly prepared and was very good. I enjoyed this easy meal a d watched with humor as the man behind the counter greeted each customer with his smiling song and dance. Very hard to find a Gyro spot that uses this bread. It makes all the difference. 2) they mixed up the ingredients/topping with your protein inside the sandwich! That way you get an even bite throughout! Trust me when you've been spoiled like this, it's hard to go elsewhere bc you constantly are comparing. 3) the way the toppings are sliced and diced! My sister and I ordered Sam's Kabab Gyro through a meal delivery app. We both got the gyro sandwiches which is gyro meat stuffed in a pita with lettuce, tomato, onions and tzaziki sauce. The sandwiches were delicious, filling and less than $5/each. What more can a person ask for? We also got a side order of french fries to share which were seasoned well and were also tasty. We were so hungry when we were eating the food that we devoured everything within minutes. I was really impressed that the food was ready to go quickly, is priced very reasonably and is delicious! I will definitely be ordering more food from them. Since we got the food delivered I can't speak to the staff or the storefront but the food was great! read more

Their food is so delicious. I love their chicken salad (grilled chicken on top of a Greek salad). This is the only place where I like grilled chicken. Really friendly guys work there. Affordable. The menu is pretty standard for a place like this: gyros, gyro platters, falafel, baklava, etc. What elevates Sam's from some of their competitors are: prices (everything is very fair and affordably priced, I've been to similar places in town where items were twice this price); friendliness of the staff and efficiency (I've waited 3x as long for a similar meal at other local places). Good value, mediocre gyro The pita is nothing special, as it is mass produced and microwaved before being filled. The meat was of good quality but nothing special and so were the tomatoes onions and cucumber. The amount of parsley that was put into the sandwich was overpowering.
