I have gotten Pizza from them on a nearly weekly basis since moving to the Antelope Valley, and it is consistent, freshly prepared, quickly delivered, and oh so yummy every single time! This one star is not so much for the food as it is for what seems to be a reoccurring problem. Upon returning to Sam's Pizza after a few months, We ordered our Pizza and a Antipasto salad, Once again, they had not forks to eat with. The last visit, we were told that the old man had to order some , I just cannot believe that this is the same thing again. I see this as someone wanting to be cheap and not purchase what is needed for a business of this type. The other thing is obviously they do not want anyone eating there since the only thing to sit on are two tiny tables (barely Pizza size) and 4 small and hard on the backside wooden chairs. We actually had plans to dine there, but last time it was the same situation, unfriendly, unwelcoming and ready to take your money, buy your food and get out. read more

Hands down the best cheese breed on the planet!! Seriously i get two orders everytime have a cheese breed craving! Its about 11$ with xtra sauces! & will feed up to 4 people. You cant beat that value and quality. Thank you Sam for keeping it real all these years! read more

I love this place, best pizza in the valley . If you go, you have to try the El Pastore pizza!!! I have never tasted a pizza that's been so creative and presented very beautifully. Also, the chicken artichoke is a great choice as well. Shout out to the manager Jay as he's doing a great job and making sure that my experience was great. Pizza undercooked and doughy.The price posted at the restaurant above the front counter states 21.99 for pepperoni and sausage feast XL large but he charged me $ 25.86 plus tax $28.34 called back the next day he said it more money because you had the feast it's has extra pepperoni and sausage, isn't that's what the feast is more topping. Why is it more money seems Sam's Pizza over charging what stated on the Menu price. read more

We ordered pizza online and it said it would be ready at 9:15. Drove about 25 minutes to get to the place and when we tried to go inside to pick up our order the doors were locked. We looked around to see if we could see anyone and ask them about our order. We talked to an employee through the closed doors, and they said that the were closed for the next hour (they have it posted everywhere that they close at 10) and that they didn't get our order. Uh oh, what happened? Recently the always outstanding pizza standard has slipped a little bit. Twice in the past couple months I've brought home pizzas that were bland, no flavor, not worth the drive to this place. I had to heavily sprinkle the last one with Oregano and Romano in order to make it edible. I'll order there again because I have had some fabulous pizza there, and I'll hope for that "5" experience again. If not, this "3" will have to stick. I ordered $20.00 of pizza and chicken wings through Postmates. I was charged over $60.00. When I called the restaurant they told me they weren't responsible for the increase in price. The manager wouldn't give me his name and told me that it was my problem and they don't have to honor their list and pricing. It was such an awful experience I will never order from this place again and I recommend you don't either. I called Postmates and they refunded the difference in price so kudos to them. Sals pizza is dishonest And have no sense of customer service. I will never order from them again. read more

I love Sam's! We just found this during the pandemic as our old place closed. They out in a lot of toppings, I love toppings! They have a great toppings to cheese to sauce to crust ratio. Also they use Olive oil for their crust so it gets a little crispy on the bottom which I like. Our normal order is a Sam's Supreme and Cheese sticks. Fast & easy to place an order over the phone and the gentleman was polite I've the phone and in person. The pizza however was not good. I ordered a small just to try it out for the 1st time. The crust was really nice and soft. Thin, not too thin but the sauce needed salt and other seasonings. And I counted only 5 ham slices on the Hawaiian pizza and very little pineapple. Best pizza I've had in the AV. Coming from Oxnard where there's a Topper's at every side of town I was hoping to find a decent pizza spot. They are pretty close but not as good as Topper's. Bummer I was eating a slice and pulled a long hair out with my teeth. A hair can be found at any place although I prob won't eat there again. Hope they took extra measures to not let that happen again. Also they don't deliver to my house in QH which is fine. I guess you don't have to when it's that good. If it wasn't for the hair and not delivering to QH I'd give them a 5 of 5. I was ordering every week but I don't think I'll eat there again. The MGR acted upset when I called to tell him of the hair but didn't say anything in regards to keep my business. Peace out Sam's! read more
