This store seemed to have all of the new Samsung Galaxy phones and accessories which includes cases, stylus pens, ear buds, lap tops and tablets. The Galaxy Z Fold6 512 GB for $2K was the most interesting phone in the store. Due to the folding issue, the case covers offer very limited options. A watch that was purchased there needed warranty repair. After waiting over a month and no one called me I called them they said they will pick it up from the repair center in two (2) days. Really ? They could not pick it up today. aftwr more than a month to repair something that should not had broken in the first place now I get the watch back when they feel like picking it up. The customer service in the store is terrible. They sell bad products and then they don't honor the warranty either. My husband bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy Ultra 21 5G a year ago from this store and we started noticing his cellphone will never get on the 5G network. When we finally went to complain to them about the product bought in their store they told us we had to go directly to Samsung. Samsung told us that because this store is considered international, the product is not covered with their warranty and we had to buy another cellphone. Needless to say, this was unsatisfactory for us so we returned to the store. They accepted the cellphone and said it was going to be checked and repair. A month and a half went by and there was no status from them, no follow up, nothing. They don't pick up the phone, they don't answer emails so we were left with the only resource of going phisically to ask about the status. We went every weekend for three weeks but we never got anything more than it is being checked. We had enough of it this past sunday and demanded to talk to the manager. We couldn't get to the manager, but they gave us the numbers of the possible repair shops the cellphone is at because they weren't even sure where the cellphone was!! Today when my husband went after work to pick up the cellphone from their repair shop, he was told that the cellphone CAN NOT be repaired and has been ready to be picked up since THREE WEEKS AGO!! No one had followed up with them, no one had contacted them, no one had picked the cellphone up. How disrespectul and shameful to have a store open with such poor customer service and no regard from the customers. Now we have the same cellphone that doesn't work, and they are not providing any solutions. We thought that buying from a "Samsung" store we will be doing the right thing but obviously we were very mistaken. In summary, don't buy anything from this store. Go directly to your cellphone provider or a serious retailer (Amazon, Walmart). This store is a joke. read more

I love Samsung products and I was looking forward to visit this brand new Samsung Store. Maybe I been to Apple Store too much and I was envisioning that it will be similar to that. But sadly it was really small with just one sample of each model for demonstration. There are some Samsung brand accessories but I kind of wish they would carry some third party products too. Zero stars I was going to this store to trade in my iPhone 6s+ because apple was giving me a hard time with it. When Samsung employees start laughing about how old my phone is I still go up to them to ask them a question about a phone that costs about 400 dollars they say they have none in stock and to order it online I order it online I have to wait 2 months for the Samsung a53 and then when it arrives it doesn't turn on I write to Samsung they just ignore all of my emails and are sitting on there fat asses doing nothing at apple I go back to there store and they give me almost no trade on credit for a new iPhone 13 but i take it since it is better then no phone at all. read more

No greeting new customers from the moment you enter. I just floated aimlessly around the store without any staff so much as looking in my direction. I only had 1 question: do you sell replacement S-Pen's for the Note 9? I had to practically interrupt a worker trying to go to the back just to get my question answered after 15 minute of standing around. I'm not sure if this is an actual and authentic Samsung store or if they are just an authorized dealer. They sure seem like just another authorized dealer, just by the way the store is run. They have old products and don't even have replacement parts (S-pen) for a Note 9 that came out a year ago. They seem to have a lot of workers, but still can't even handle the volume of people who enter the store. I'm definitely only coming here as a last resort or maybe only if I want to buy a new Galaxy watch during a slow time. read more

Samsung has awesome products and I own a ton of them...HOWEVER their Sawgrass store isn't well managed, in my opinion. I called to purchase the Note8 and the person on the phone said they didn't have any. I asked when they would have some and he said maybe in a few days... I can live with a definite yes, no, or definite date but "maybe" should never be in a commercial vocabulary. Samsung online support is also pretty shoddy. If I could give this store zero stars I would!!!! Being the lone hold out in a family of IPhone users, I'm always looking for products for my android. Finding this store at the Sawgrass Mall, which is local to me, seemed to be a blessing. It was a blessing in disguise! I walked in and was greeted ok, but when asking questions about a phone case I was greeted with sarcasm. Upon telling this male sales person I don't need his sarcasm, I only want to know how the case works, his response is to tell me how I'm being rude. Once I walked out the door, I heard all of the male employees give out a cheering about as if they felt justified in their obnoxious behavior. Definitely would NOT recommend visiting this store for accessories to your android. Get them online. read more

I don't know is the agent was acting according to the Samsung guidelines when they cancel my request for a technician to go and check my cooktop. However it is, I am very unsatisfied with the Samsung product. It is very unreasonable that a cooktop that is designed to put pans on top of it, would scratch the first time is used. Especially if the pan that was used was one that is included in the list of brand and materials that can be used. I bought that cooktop only less than 6 months ago. I expect that a cooktop that cost more than $1000.00 would last at least one year, and it is not going to get damage the first time that is used in a proper way. read more

Hello to all who reads this review, I first off would like to state that I could not accurately rate this tv and its features due to the fact that my tv was inoperable at the time of unpackaging, but I feel my issue should be addressed in the totality of my experience throughout a 2 month, and soon to be longer, ordeal. NOTICE: This review is a little long but well worth the read, I promise. Samsung and all its billion dollar glory is by far the worst company I have ever personally dealt with. Need I remind you all my appliances at home and even older TVs came from SAMSUNG. Now to the meat and potatoes. Firstly, I placed my order for this tv in December and it took them 2 months, let me say this again, 2 MONTHS to even send me a tracking number. They also never stated to me that the tv would be on back order even after originally placing the order. Furthermore, when originally dealing with "SAMSUNG ECOMM" in December of 2015 it took hours to get to the right department and when getting to the right ECOMM department, not anyone there had any helpful knowledge. Speaking to the supervisor "D" or "Dee" or however you state her "name", provided no information that helped me, the customer, out in expediting my order. Now, let's fastfoward two agonizing, long awaited months of when receiving my tracking number. Oh boy I was so exited! With all these great reviews and ratings I've read on the TV (I have done my research on this), I knew I would be in for a great viewing experience, once I hook up my tv. About one to two weeks later, I receive the big bad JU7500... I start unpacking the box and I take out all of the sturdy, yet architecturally sound styrofoam. Then YOWSERS! I see the craziest thing! A large circular crack on the bottom of the screen, about the size of an average fist or tip of a boot. *Disclaimer* "The box was in perfect condition." So I feel like the tv was damaged before it was even placed inside the box or someone maliciously hit it and then placed it inside, in which, the reason why baffles me. I did nothing wrong. If all this doesn't shout, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, then maybe the events after my sad tv-opening experience would prove to you all (and I hope a high Samsung executive reads this) that you should think twice about purchasing directly from Samsung.com. The day of the TV reveal, I contact Samsung, and again get transferred multiple times after giving each person all the information on the order. I speak to a customer service rep, located in the seemingly small office of "ECOMM" and to no avail this person is unhelpful. He did not once even apologize for the incident (even though it wasn't directly his fault). He told me first that in order to get a refund, by the way I want an immediate exchange, that I have to first wait 4-5 business days to receive the MAILING INVOICE to even start sending them the tv. So, I have to pack the tv up myself and drive it in my little vehicle to drop it off at the FedEx facility. As well they said after sending them the tv, they stated it will take 15 business days to refund my money, AFTER they receive the tv. Now I am pissed beyond anything else. I keep telling myself that this poor customer service rep, who is reading off a script, is not the antagonist to my story... Therefore, I ask to speak to an all powerful "Manager", and in all the weirdest ways things can turn out, I get "D". Yes, the same "Dee" that I had atrocious dealings with two months prior. She again states the same thing to me that the the rep said and never once apologizes for the betrayal of her company, the one that pays her to say nice things to a distraught customer. In addition, she steps up her tone and brings in her final card of "amazing"(sarcasm) customer service. DEE says she will help me out after everything gets returned, by honoring the price of the TV, "which we rarely do". She also said, that I have to repurchase the tv because SAMSUNG, a billon dollar company, cannot do exchanges. SAY WHAT!?? Among everything else, there is no guarantee that I will receive my repurchase in a timely manner, because it "might" be on back order. Now if not ever before, I'm thinking my experience so far doesn't mean anything. This is still an ongoing problem and I just sent the tv back. Let's pray to the customer service gods that someone will reach out to me and help me, as well as anyone else that has this issue. Absolutely ZERO stars. This location is staffed with thieves and liars who work in cahoots and the Manager Moustapha is very nice but should look into acquiring more honest, trustworthy employees. My boyfriend and I visited this store today (4/18/15) to purchase a new charger and he left his phone on the counter. Between the counter workers and the Assistant manager, his phone was stolen. The Assistant Manager (I use that term VERY loosely) Cassandra, walked into the store after my boyfriend and I questioned everyone there. She in fact was so brazen, she walked in with the phone in her back pocket. She goes around the counter to "look for the phone" after John, who actually checked us out after our purchase, did a half ass search. Thank God for the blue reflective wall behind the register because I caught her taking the phone from her back pocket and stuffing it under the counter. She popped up saying she didn't see anything under there, now down to one phone in her back pockets. Having caught her red handed, I asked her where was the other phone she put under the counter that was previously in her pocket. She touched every place under the counter EXCEPT where I saw her stash the phone. John follows behind, moving things under the counter and walks to the back. Upon further questioning she changed her story and said that another customer came back claiming to have left a phone. We asked if she gave them the phone and she replied "no". So we asked for the phone. She goes in the back with John and comes back a few minutes later with the case to his phone and says "oh is this the case?". My boyfriend tells her yes and she continues with "...the previous customer had the phone... and she got it back..." Still, mind you, not returning the phone. She comes out from the back with the phone and says "ok, what's the number?" He tells her and being an EMPLOYEE of Samsung she went right to the screen that showed his number and service carrier and nothing else. I asked her to go to the call log and she'd see my picture as I was the last person to call him. She complied, but the phone had been reset to FACTORY SETTING so everything (call logs, pictures, apps, personal memos etc.) were gone. She's still pushing buttons and my boyfriend and I ask her what's she's doing and to give the phone back, to which she replies "you want your information back right?". She pushes some more buttons and reloads his information that was saved on the SIM card. My boyfriend goes through the phone and in the midst of searching it we ask her how it got reset. Being an expert manager, she says it only takes 3 simultaneously pressed buttons to reset the phone and voilà! None of this makes sense but we have the phone in our possession, so we leave. I was willing to let it go but my boyfriend went back and gathered everyone's name and asked for the corporate number to which Cassandra then gave him a "305" number that rang 3 times and went to a voicemail. My boyfriend then calls Samsung directly, files a corporate complaint, then proceeds to call the police. In speaking to the police (Sunrise PD are notoriously unhelpful) they told him that since he had the phone back, nothing would really come of it. He requests that a report be filed so there is proof of the incident, should he need to proceed further. As he's speaking to the deputy, the store manager happens to walk in. My boyfriend hangs up with SPD, and explains the situation to the manager. He tells him to check the copious amount of cameras in the store and he'd see exactly what this lying thief was up to, as well as who helped her do it because she wasn't even in the store when we were there initially. Cassandras story changed at least 5 times, to come to the grand finale of "Bro, you got your phone back. What's your problem?". Can you believe it? Moustapha heard my boyfriend out outside of the store because quiet honestly, if she'd steal and lie to a stranger, who knows how much money or goods she's stolen from him? Moustapha shook his hand, telling him he'd check the cameras to get to the bottom of it and thanked him for bringing it to his attention because nobody had alerted him to the problem. All I am saying is, the dumb girl should be fired for stealing and lying not only when cameras are ALL around, but the reflective wall behind the counter showed us what she was trying to get away with. Avoid this store until new staff is employed. The current ones (Cassandra, John, Shawn, Joel, David) aren't to be trusted. read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received from this store (Samsung at Sawgrass Mall). I purchased a basic tablet for the purpose of using it at work. Once I got home, I attempted to see if the app I use for work was compatible with the tablet. Unfortunately, it was not. I spent about 1 hour tampering with the settings to see if the functionality could improve, but nothing worked. I put the device back into the box and placed everything back into the bag. 5 days later I returned to the store explaining I would like to return the device. I was helped by Juan B, who immediately handed me their return policy form. Then he wrote down on the return form "screen is scratched." I asked why did you write that down? He said it was barely visible, but there is a small round spec on the screen. I could not see it. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me he was the only one I could speak with until another day. I asked for the number to corporate (several times) then he finally handed me a piece of paper with a number on it. I called the customer service line and the representative put in a ticket for this store to process my return. Afterwards, Juan still refused stating this is not a corporate store and our policies are different. I called the customer service line again and a new representative answered. The representative on the phone informed me to tell the store agent I want to speak with a manager. I told her I already tried. She pushed for me to get more information in regards to when the manager will be in. I asked Juan repeatedly when the store manager will be in. He finally answered with "I think Monday morning." So far I am still getting the run around with this store in regards to when the store manager will actually be in. I called the store again and they said he will not be in Monday, but try Tuesday morning. read more

I spent $2,000 on a microwave, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator on 2/16. I also purchased a 5 year warranty for the refrigerator. The first refrigerator brought came up with a large scratch so I was given a new one. The second refrigerator would not work at all. I've made numerous calls to Samsung to Get a new fridge but they said I had to have it serviced first. It has been almost 5 months and I have been told it needs a new compressor and dryer etc. why would a bran new refrigerator need a new compressor!!! I only want what I paid for. Absolutely No stars. This company has the worst costumer service! I'm never buying from them again! We recently bought a new refrigerator from them, it didn't take long before we noticed that one of the drawers was broken. There was no way to even temporarily use it without things falling out. We have been back and forth with Samsung now for 3 months waiting for the replacement they told us was coming. Instead they sent someone out to look at the drawer. He then left us with a report stating that it was in fact broken. 2 weeks later still nothing. We called again and it was reported back to the company as a "cosmetic" issue and now they don't want to help us. How is a drawer that is physically broken a cosmetic issue???? Not only was it a drawer put poorly together by the the company that delivered it but now they are acting as if there is nothing that they can do about it. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! read more
