They created other styles of beers since then, such as sours, seltzers, and stouts. Their Spiked Smoothie Blueberry Lemonade received awards in 2022. In 2019, Birdhouse Coffee opened in the same establishment; they serve coffee and food. The parking lot was spacious, packed, but we found parking. In the warmer months, they also have a nice patio area. The tap room was spacious with plenty of seating and high ceilings. I'm a huge fan of seltzers and sours, so I was excited to see that they had a few to choose from. I got to try two different flavors; those were called: 1. Blueberry Lemonade Spiked Smoothie- ABV 5% 2. Raspberry Lemonade Spiked Smoothie- ABV 5% Those were one of the best sours I've had in a long time. They also sell other brand's beers as well. My family and friends ordered beer and food from the Birdhouse Coffee. Aside from the food delay, we had a great time. The beertenders were friendly. The employees kept the area clean. They also hosts a number of events; the day we went, there was a toy drive. Overall, a great brewery with delicious beers; I can't to go back!

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere the moment we walked in. The menu is extensive with something for everyone - great selection of apps, sandwiches, entrees, and pizza. They even have a pretty decent vegetarian selection. I went with the smoked brisket sandwich with fries, and it was perfection. The brisket was moist and zesty, piled high on a fresh roll that held up beautifully. My girlfriend's mac and cheese was equally delicious - creamy, rich, and clearly made with care. Their beer and cider collection is incredible, with plenty of options to choose from. The FestBier was my favorite. I also tried the Ominous Forecast, which was also very good. The space itself is impressive - a huge bar, ample seating throughout, and even a separate room for larger parties. Parking was a breeze with plenty of spots available. What really stood out was the personal touch from the owner, Scott, who came around to introduce himself and ensure we were enjoying our meal. You can tell this is a place that takes pride in everything they do and genuinely appreciates their customers. We'll definitely be back! This is a must-visit spot for great food, drinks, and hospitality. Granby may be in the land of not-too-much, but CBH is worth the drive, and a great weekend hang out.

I loved the aesthetic of the two rooms we were in. Although the decorations were brought by the party for the event, you could still tell the space had great bones. I loved the hanging pothos from the ceiling rods. The food was delicious, although a bit run of the mill. I did not drink but I heard others raving about the selection of beer. I'd definitely come back in the warm weather and see what it's about on a casual day.

My best buds at New Park Brewing answered my call by introducing Parallel 0.5% ABV! I missed the first release of Parallel, but not this go round! On faith of New Park's broad reputation and loved devotion I knew this West Coast blend would fit the bill. Darker translucent hue and bold roasted malt hop combination brought a smile to my face. "Oh I'm back and shall return for more!" Kept the fine service guys by offering more options to the crowd. Lastly, I'm McLuvin' the pizza pies, too, and all of the alterations competed since my last visit. You've added a great airy and warmer feel to the brewery and public areas. Best always, DehydraMan
