Take out sushi, bomb bombs, Caterpillar, super crunchy, lion rolls

Very fast, friendly and modestly priced. Rolls were filling and presentation was professional. Photos are lion, super crunchy, Caterpillar bomb bomb rolls

Crab Rangoon.. no cream cheese, no crab... more like oil pocket

I'm typing this as I'm sitting on the toilet after vomiting with a raging headache. I've eaten a lot of street foods across the globe, some are questionably fresh and my stomach had handled them pretty well. Not this. Here are some bullet points: Server was nice but damn they took forever. We were 1 minute away from walking out and go to a different place, although one table did. Before we sat down, server asked what we wanted to drink. They only have 1 kind of sake off the whole menu, and it tastes like carbonated dish soap. You are not supposed to carbonate sake. It's like carbonating your red wine. Crab Rangoon had more oil in the wonton shells than actual fillings. My 2 rolls of sushi came out about 10 minutes before my wife's food. My wife ordered chicken habachi, there was no salad or soup, no sauce, no shrimp. OH, their habachi grill is closed. Sushi tasted like rubber and chicken was tender but very salty.. I suspect they soak the chicken in salt water for tenderness and freshness preservation. 2 apps, 2 rolls, a sake, and a dinner entree was 75 bucks. Way over priced for quality and service. (My wife adds, "especially when we didn't get all the food we were supposed to get") Immediately after, I felt nausea, headache, and had to poop. Almost didn't make it to the toilet. If you want to see how your body handles questionable food, or you wanna see your friends suffer, I highly recommend this place.

    hibachi shrimp and lobster
    Jay B.

I came here specifically seeking hibachi, as opposed to sushi. Although I DO occasionally enjoy really good sushi. I wanted to see "the best Lawton had to offer". And....I should have expected about this much. Let me start out by saying: this place wasn't bad. Actually, it was a little better than I expected it to be. You see...I have to remember where I am (only under temporary circumstances). For those of you that don't know, it's very difficult to get really good seafood in Lawton...unless you cook it yourself. But...I digress. I've eaten a lot of hibachi in my time. So I pretty much know what I'm supposed to get here. That said, let's hit the key points here.. Service: prompt from the moment I walk in. I'm seated quickly, greeted immediately, drink order is taken and delivered all within five minutes. One mild problem though...the waitress barely speaks or understands English. And even though this is a Japanese restaurant, it IS in Lawton, Oklahoma of all places. Which means...more than decent English syntax is basically an expectation, if not a requirement. But whatever. We break through the language barrier and after almost 2 minutes of me explaining to the non-English speaking waitress that I wanted Merlot, she understands (after I point to the drink on the menu) and gets it to me in record time. No worries. The food: this is where things get interesting. I ordered hibachi shrimp and lobster. Initially, I noticed their seafood is glossed over one final time with soy sauce. Not necessarily a bad thing except...it comes across as over compensation to me. At the very best hibachi place I've ever eaten at, they seasoned their seafood with soy sauce, butter, and a spritz of lemon. Not to mention the fact that most other hibachi restaurants offer white sauce. Either I was supposed to ask for the stuff after the fact or they straight up didn't have any. Either case is an anomaly in Japanese cuisine for me. Aforementioned aside, the shrimp and lobster themselves were cooked just fine. I guess it's the precise seasoning I have slight issues with. There was a hint of a sweet aftertaste to the soy sauce used here. The fried rice needed a lot of love, too. I'd have normally used a mix of salt, pepper and white sauce to improve on the quality. But since the latter was not ostensibly available, I opted for the soy sauce readily available on the table. To their credit, they DO put egg and veggies in their fried rice. So...kudos for that! The "clear" onion soup was OK. Nothing to write home about though. Again, I've tasted better at other hibachi restaurants. They brought the bill to me rather quickly...which I found odd. How did they know I didn't want a second drink? Oh well...cheaper bill for me, I guess. Besides, the scenery didn't do much for me. It was far less authentically Asian than one would expect. At this point, I just wanted to pay my bill and depart promptly. Overall, not a bad experience. Just far from the best. So I guess...the search for the near-perfect hibachi restaurant continues. To be fair though, if you don't feel like driving all the way to Oklahoma City for search of greener pastures, I suppose this place will do.

    Depressing chicken yakisoba
    Micah Z.

If I can give this 0 stars I would. Ordered 3 sushi's and chicken yakisoba. Placed an order online at 4:03 and says it will be ready at 4:35 so I sent my husband to get it. Upon arriving he had to wait since they said "it's not ready yet" I understand we're in a pandemic but if ur business is unprepared and overwhelmed don't be open. You did not have a strategy on on how better handle the orders ur receiving nor did u have a better execution, we had to wait 2 FUCKING HOURS AFTER J PLACED MY ORDER. Least u can do is offer something for ur inconvenience. Upon opening my yakisoba, I was so disappointed that it was not fresh, hot and the noodles looked like those ramen noodles that u heat up in water and looked like u just threw in some chicken and "veggies". It looked depressing. A dog food perhaps? I will not be going back and I'll make sure my friends and family never does too.

The food here was ok but nothing to write home about. The service was only mediocre as well. Not a bad place but not the best either.

We used to get hot soup here and they don't serve anymore. We used to get sweet-and-sour chicken and they don't serve it there anymore and they'll say they never served it but we've cut the menus and the pictures of it online so just be aware of that. As far as I'm concerned, we haven't gotten anything from there yet. I've tried several different sushi. I love their sushi and if there's something you want on your sushi, you can get it right there when you ask. I've had the hot spicy chicken, which was wonderful. My husband has said two or three different types of other chicken that were all wonderful. YAKI mandu is Great. The service is up and beyond what you'll normally get from some restaurants they're not intrusive, but they're there when you need them. The owner actually goes around to the table, sometimes checking on people if they're not too busy in the back that she has to help and sometimes they can be quite busy. The ambience, the ambience the ambience is wonderful. We walk into a nice clean place and the lights are not quite as bright as you would expect. There's a desk in front of a seating area to the left of you to Fire Mountain so you can get an idea inside. people are smiling and they offer you to be seated and walk in clean floors and the tables are really nice and they can get to a table It'squirt and easygoing. Would I say dare night? If you don't feel like dressing up and just want a nice restaurant to sit down and order a meal, then yes! If you want fancy, dress up, not really. I'm going out on a limb here. If you wanted something Special, I have. Feeling you could call and get it area Ged. I'm sure there would be a charge if it was something they don't do. But its always something to consider Exx: you want to bring a surprise ccHe in with sparklers etc. I'd definitely ask here. That's how sweet I think these people are. The only fsukt I have with them is their menu. I'm going to uokias a new copy soon. Have fun. Edit: I got the Yam Yam sushi. I now have one I can say I don't like. Not their fault but yuck. It said fried cream cheese. The entire roll is friend with a crumb or panko bread crumbs on the outside. Not what I was expecting. My hus and did take out. 2 bites and I was done. Never again. those of you who like fried foods may enjoy it.

Beijing has been our favorite, hands down, thus far. The level of customer service is by far the best I've seen from anywhere in this city. The brother and sister who run this establishment are some of the kindest people, and I'm so happy we found this place. The food has been consistent, and delicious both times we've come. We've tried everything from the ramen, to the sushi, to the entrees, and I can confidently recommend it all. The restaurant is clean and very spacious, with plenty of parking, so bring your friends and family!

The food was good, but fell short of being great. We ordered bulgogi, stif fried squid, and dumpling soup. The dulling soup was great, delicious dumplings and broth. The squid was good but had a bit of an oddly bouncy texture. The bulgogi was also really good, very flavorful, it was just a bit dry and had no added veggies whatsoever. The pictures showed it with more so it was a little disappointing for that reason. All the rice we recorded was a bit dry and tastes like day old rice. The food is also a bit on the pricier side compared to some other nearby Korean spots. The food here was really good, just a few things that brought quality down.

The menu offered a good variety. I ordered the tofu soup and galbi, and my partner ordered the chicken yakisoba. The service was relatively quick, and the staff was friendly. The yakisoba was pretty tasty, but I felt like the taste was a bit too sweet for my liking. I also wished there were more noodles as the portion was large but there were a lot more vegetables than noodles. I loved the side salad that came with it though. My soondubu was hot and pretty flavorful and spiced. My galbi was tender and seasoned well, however I was surprised about the cut-- it did not look like your typical short rib. We also received a nice array of banchan with our meal. Though overall pricey, I do think we received pretty good portions.
