Very courteous and friendly. I had a clogged up toilet that my child caused. I guess when I was not looking he stuffed a bunch of wipes and toilet paper down the toilet and then on top of that went to the bathroom afterwards. Anyways, it was pretty nasty. The price was fair to fix it. Will definitely call again if I need a plumber! Love love love David. He has become my go to plumber because he is super nice and caring and relatable, with so much expertise on plumbing and related. He also does not try to rip you off like some other people. There's one task that I have asked for quotes from many plumbers, he is the one that's gives a more reasonable price, and with great reviews, can't go wrong with that. I also enjoy talking to him. I can sense that he is trying to preserve rather than changing everything. So he tries to fix it before he considers changing the whole thing. It's like the dentist who wants to preserve your natural tooth instead of pulling out and give you a denture. This makes sense economically. He even went out of his way to fix water heater for free when 2 other "water heater repair" guy failed, and I was just chatting with him about my plans for the winter to fix stuff. That day a fencing guy also happens to be there to give estimate which was so expensive. I'm under a lot financial pressure to fix around the house because it seems not safe anymore. He learned that I was taking cold showers and he showed genuine concern. I really appreciate it. House warranty says I should contact manufacturer, manufacturer ask for extra for next day shipping, and then I have to schedule for some guy to install it. It seems it's Christmas almost, no one cares a young lady is taking cold shower in SoCal winter. Maybe I should suck it up and do not ruin everyone's holiday and pile work for them. Dave didn't have to try to light it, he insists to check it out and he does not quit early. I really really appreciate his effort and I think this is essential to build a long term relationship. He's professional, relatable, compassionate, and easy going. I'm not a person with brand loyalty or handy-men royalty. When problem comes, I tend to look on yelp and call someone that's available. Dave has proved to me that he's the type of handy-man that every family needs and certainly he has become my go-to plumber. If anything comes up again, I will text him first. If it's urgent and he can't be here, then I might try other people. After all, paying for a plumber is a mutual thing, I pay, and plumber solve my problem. It's like you always want to give your friend the business first. And owing a house without being handy is also troublesome, why not just make it a trust-worthy reliable long term friendship?
