We then asked what should we do and if he can contact them on our behalf to either lower the amount owed or give us options. It's been months and crickets. He's been very unprofessional about this whole ordeal. We pay for his services but the services have been half-assed and his work has definitely gone down-hill. She said it was a mistake from her office clerk. Well, didn't she realize right away that her office clerk "mistakenly" schedule a virtual meeting? Based on my experiences, Pam demonstrated unprofessionalism and lack of respect to me as a potential customer. I hope future customers understand that simply because Pam is using the excuse of "We are all busy because of tax season" is not a valid reason for the lack of respect and professionalism from herself and her team.
