Never tried Cryotherapy? As someone who HATES the cold, I heard about a non-invasive treatment similar to liposuction. This establishment calls it the T-Shock Treatment. My love handles were bulging out of my jeans 4 months into the pandemic from all the comfort food I had been eating. The first session was at a steep discount, so why not?? Now the good stuff... Did it work? Yes! Is it magic? Sadly no... and anywhere you go to that tells you it will be, don't believe them. The truth behind this treatment is that by freezing the fat cells you firm up the areas of fat and skin where you are putting on the extra. Now if you are consistently putting on the extra... donuts, cake, cookies, pasta, cheese, wine, etc. You won't see much of a difference. Kim is super knowledgeable and her staff is just the friendliest! They recommend you either do 30 minutes of the sauna or the full body cryo treatment after the session to maximize your results... If you want to save some money either buy a package or just go for a 30-40 minute jog after the T-shock treatment. I bought a package for 8 sessions... The first few sessions I really saw the inches fall off, but the real results showed about 10 weeks after my first treatment when I put on my bathing suit. Betty backfat was flat and no more love hanging over! I wish I did before an after photos... because you would buy an 8 session package today. I am certainly coming back for more treatments as Kim is not only the nicest and most knowledgable woman in the business, she's also offering the BEST deals for these treatments. 5 stars, cause I can not do 6. read more

I got a gift card for Christmas for my sister to come here. She specifically told them my needs and how sensitive my skin was. I was finally able to use that gift card and I again told them how sensitive my skin was. I got the cryo- tea shock facial or at least that's what I thought I was getting. I told them that I have very sensitive skin and I cannot have specific things on my skin. Everything they used on me had fragrance in it I Left and immediately broke into hives. I probably will not be returning the lady who helped me was very nice and this is not a review against her at all. I just would like it if next time people listen, especially when my sister went above and beyond to make absolutely 100% sure that this was some type of organic facial or that it would not harm my skin. Well. Now I'm back to square one after MONTHS of dermatology appointments and getting rid of this on my face. undone in less than 30 minutes. I love this place!!! The owner is incredible and services have been so great. I came to this place for a couple of reasons : primary was to help with back pain - in that time I used the services of full cryo, red light and rema. to alleviate pain and to strengthen my core. Every thing I have had done has been done incredible professionalism, kindness and warmth. I feel comfortable and I continue to feel better. Additionally, I recently had the T-shock facial to help with some redness on my cheeks . Janelle was just wonderful, she explained the procedure so thoroughly then she had me smell the gel that would be used made sure that my skin wasn't sensitive. The procedure was so relaxing and every five minutes or so she would check in with me to make sure that I was comfortable. My skin looked great afterwards and the next morning. I am thinking about doing more treatments there because I feel like the services there are just so professional and worthwhile. read more

I had been wanting to try cryotherapy for a while now and so when I saw how close this place was to my house and the new customer deal I figured why not. Small place right in a little strip mall area with private parking. The front desk girl was very nice and welcoming. I waited only a few minutes until I was able to go right to the back and begin my full body cryotherapy. First timers get a great deal $25. and they have multiple memberships to choose from if it becomes a regular thing for you. The full body session is a LONG 3 minutes because you're literally freezing. I didn't think 3 minutes was going to be too bad but man was that a chill to the bone feeling. The front desk girl stays with you to distract you from the freezing cold and that helped. I'm sure you get used to it after a few times. After leaving I felt a little more energy and super hungry the next day! Probably because of the amount of calories you burn trying to stay warm. One thing I wish was different was the socks and gloves they provide for you are recycled and cleaned but I personally would have liked a brand new pair. you can possibly bring your own? Came here because they offered a Groupon, I think they always have a Groupon offer. They also have a Happy Hour special for first-timers. This place is easy to find, clean, and the staff is friendly. The times I've visited, there's only one staff so you may have a short wait as they cannot do both a full-body and a local at the same time. You do need to call and make an appt for a local which has never been difficult to do/get. I work with my hands 7-days a week so I'm a fan of the local cryo versus the full-body. I can't say I noticed much difference with the full-body but with my hands they feel less swollen and less painful. They now also offer infrared sauna but I have yet to try it. Clean and organized with multiple changing rooms. The set up makes the process very efficient putting multiple people through the chamber. I decided to try this today after my girlfriend swore this helped her tremendously. Well, she was right. I was involved in a major motorcycle accident about 7 months ago. I sustained some major injuries to my leg/foot and I am currently still going through physical therapy. I asked my doctor about this place, he said he'd never heard of this procedure. He told me to try it. Joseph (the owner) and his wife explained how this procedure helps the body. This sounded like it was for me. I'm glad I stopped by. Great place! I have tried Cryo at three locations in San Diego and this place is my favorite. The staff is friendly, efficient, and good at their jobs, it's conveniently located, and easy to get in and out. They have five dressing rooms, a facial/spot treatment room, and the chamber is in a semi public area, the five dressing rooms enables them to get people in and out, back to back. I don't mind waiting for couple people to go ahead of me, it usually gets colder the longer it runs back to back. Not all Cryo Chambers are created equally, theirs gets noticeably colder than some of the others around town. Colder means more benefits in your 3 minutes, and for the cost you want to maximize the reward. I use it for workout recovery and muscle soreness, I find that it reduces my soreness by about 50% and I'm able to train more frequently. read more

Normally I don't like writing negative reviews, but they did not take the safety precautions that I would have preferred nor were they on schedule. I used to be a member years ago when they were then only studio in San Diego. I went back as I had some unused session and they told they had expired. I was disappointed as the purchase agreement I had purchased was for a package which allowed me to use without a monthly membership nor commitment. Anyways, I was hoping to have some relief from my back pain and tried cryotherapy. The session was only 3 minutes long and chamber never got all that cold. I believe as the business commercialized and grew they lost touch with the customer needs. Better places exist in San Diego and I am no longer a fan of liquid nitrogen chambers. The staff seemed like they were bothered by me and didn't try to accommodate me in any way. 1 stars are reserved for terrible service and 2 stars represents an immediate need for improvement...
