I guess that if you reserve with time it is fine, but still if you go with friends you can't all do it, only the regular Infrared Sauna Rooms. Service was good. The cold plunge is freezing cold and deeper then it looks, the first step to get back out of the tub is a little high so if you can't really lift your legs high maybe skip that tub. The jacuzzi hot tub has steps that make it easy to get in and out. The scrub was amazing, i felt like how a baby probably feels being scrubbed down and the lady I had was so nice, massage was just as amazing. I recommend coming an hour before your appointment so you can thoroughly use and enjoy all the rooms. I always come with my mom and it's such a fun little bonding experience for us. The next day, I found out I won the raffle for a one-month membership. Let me just say how incredible this place has been. Aria has been amazing every step of the way--from setting everything up to walking us around the entire facility and explaining in detail everything they offer and the benefits of each service. I brought my wife with me, and she had been interested in a place like this for a while. We both did the cryotherapy, and I felt so rejuvenated afterward. I also tried the leg compression, which felt amazing. Another coworker of mine did the infrared sauna and then the cryotherapy back-to-back, and he said it was incredible as well and that he'll be going back. I can't mention everything because I haven't tried all their services yet, but if you want more details, I highly recommend giving them a call. The sessions aren't too expensive, and if you get a membership, you can bring someone with you for just $20 per session.
