So we rescheduled yet again for the next Saturday... (third Saturday in a row at this point), the tech came and stayed for 6 minutes, and told me he would come back and fix it at a later date. That later date was scheduled by their office manager, and wouldn't you know it, they did not show and didn't notify me again. Come to find out they were the company that originally did the "handy work" on the property I live in that I've had several issues with since moving in. If I were a property manager I would stay FAR away from this company, there's no way they're cheap enough to make the poor quality work and service worth it.

The wood post that was damaged at the bottom had been routed along the edges, which he was able to duplicate without hesitation. He actually came in at less than his quote because the supplies were less than he anticipated and he doesn't mark up supplies, who does this?!! Ordinarily you pay an extra percentage on supplies. CJ is not only honest (rare these days and I speak from experience on this), and personable, but he has integrity about his work as well, he makes sure it is done to your satisfaction.
