I'm letting go of the resistance to love and so much love is coming into my life now...Didn't really expect this much out of a program for emotional eating. All the years of counseling and self-help books made some positive changes but this program - it brought the healing I have been seeking. The day I finished my last session, I totally stopped having the urge to overeat. Sometimes, I still eat junk food but not like I used to. Mostly I eat healthy. Mostly I stop eating when I get full. I have thrown away so much food because I ordered food like I did before the program and then I get full and don't want to eat a bite more.
