I've been a patient here for many years and have consistently had positive experiences in the past. The staff--especially Olga--were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. Olga took the time to explain insurance versus out-of-pocket options and made sure patients felt comfortable and cared for. The doctors have also always been kind and professional. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. Between my annual exam, multiple return visits for contacts and glasses, and several phone calls, the level of service has noticeably declined. I understand there is a new owner, who I believe is one of the doctors that was already there and is very nice, but the overall atmosphere has changed. Olga used to be the first point of contact, and her presence seemed to set the tone for a higher level of patient care. Without her, the front desk experience feels less welcoming, and the staff's attitude has been underwhelming. Additionally, there are rotating doctors, which makes it difficult to build a relationship with someone familiar with my history and needs. Some of the fill-in doctors also appear unfamiliar with the system, making it harder to access past records or maintain continuity of care. Another challenge is the updated schedule. The office is no longer open on Saturdays, which makes even simple tasks like picking up contacts or glasses inconvenient. I've had to leave work five or six times over the past few months just to handle routine matters. While I don't have the time to detail every issue I've encountered recently, these cumulative experiences have changed my perception of the practice. Sadly, I'll likely be looking elsewhere for care moving forward and would no longer recommend this office to others. Perhaps the new owner should consider asking patients to fill out surveys after their visit so she can get a better idea of where the failures are in addition to receiving positive feedback when called for. read more

I came in to get my glasses adjusted because they were wobbly and felt like they were starting to fall apart. The woman who helped me said, "that's just how they are," but I know they weren't originally like that. I explained that I work a job where I move my head a lot and needed them tightened for stability. Instead of adjusting them, she told me that I shouldn't move my head that way and that it wouldn't be a problem. Im not sure what's up with all these one stare reviews but I disagree 1000% with them. Every time I've been to this center the receptionist answer my questions in a respectful manner. I'm not put on hold for hours, the doctors are nice and also respectful. They have a lot of glasses at an affordable price and they also have contacts, they are a little more pricey though. I am also pretty picky when it comes to new optometry centers, but this is really the best one I've been to. read more

I been going to affordable eye vision for over 25 years they are under new management. The worst people I have ever dealt with especially the big girl on the front desk with the tattoo on her and neck. I will never step foot in that place again. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. The front desk experience was very disappointing. I interacted with three different receptionists, and all of them came across as rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I was given unclear information and felt uncomfortable asking questions because of the attitude I received. As a first-time patient, I expected patience, clear communication, and basic courtesy especially in a medical setting. Instead, I felt stressed and unwelcome before even being seen. This experience was surprising given the positive reputation I had heard about. They are a scam they told me for my sons frames over the phone it was $65 I get there to pick them up and charge me $100!!!!! Because the Glasses are from last year. I took my mom (72yrs) on Saturday. It was her first time there were about 4 people in the waiting area all pretty much on the older side. They have 3 girls working the front. They were so rude especially the one in the middle I don't get her name but she has round black frame glasses. One of the customers missed the back of the form he was filling out and the front was missing a few answers he told her My English isn't the beat can you help me? She said no we are busy. The man came back and sat down and one lady waiting for her appointment helped him out. During our wait a customer came in for his glasses she was rude to him as well and told him he needed to wait until he was called up because they were busy. They were ordering lunch she was walking around the office asking staff what did they want. The other 2 girls just sat there not doing much to help the customer waiting for his glasses they sat there and talked about their weekend plans completely ignoring him. When it was our turn the girl with the glasses tells the dr he needs to hurry because she needs to place the lunch order. He was in the middle of his exam with my mom. This place has good doctors but just bad customer service with their three employees up front. read more

I went in on December 17th for glasses, paid with my credit card, on the 18th someone tried to charge $130.00 on Amazon with my card , thankfully my bank caught it. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO ADDRESSED I didn't feel welcomed nor was told the receptionist name until mentioned paying out of pocket and walked to pick a frame. The woman gave me 4 different prices before I actually paid. $356. And they were not even designer. They did have sun transition that's the only special thing i could think of. While i was deciding....i kid you not a tall bald man that worked there was absolutely rude to a customer. it was done unprofessionally. Worst place ever to go to, it was about one year ago I was getting out of depression, came here because of Medical. Everything my was good until this one guy helping me pick out glasses told me that my head was too large for a pair of Burberry. He said quote on quote that those frames were meant for smaller heads and for people in the picture wearing them. I was sad because I was rebuilding my confidence, well one year after I go to LensCrafters get the same frame of Burberry glasses, big FU to that person that tried to put me down when I was vulnerable, went back to LensCrafters and ordered two pairs of the same frame. I come here for myself because it's close to my house and they accept my insurance. I brought my kids in for a check up, but the doctor didn't seem to have much patience with my son. I've met people who know how to talk to children and guide them, this doctor doesn't seem to have that. I will keep coming myself but not for my kids. read more

Making an appointment was super easy. Staff were friendly both on the phone & in-person. They practiced safe social distancing and disinfected commonly touched places. They have a variety of glass frames and I was satisfied with the pair I chose. I am currently awaiting for them to arrive to their location, but it was a great experience. Everyone was kind and patient, very understanding. The office was stunning and looked very nice.
