Unfortunately, they do not buy used items for resale; they are only a consignment store, so this is probably not a great place to get rid of used baby items in bulk. However, they do offer an exchange opportunity monthly, which - from my understanding - is where you can bring in a bag of items in exchange for a bag of items. Walked in, browsed for a bit, and wanted to purchase 2 items for my nephew and niece. Sales associate was on the phone the entire time having a great conversation, which was fine. She put down the phone, rung us up. We paid for the items and left the store. Immediately when we exited the store, my wife felt that she was over charged since the items were on sale. She checked the receipt and she was correct. It happens. We marched right back in to the store and let the same associate know. This is where things went downhill. She didn't say a word to us while she was fixing the error. It wasn't necessarily her fault. But, she was not happy that she had to credit us back. Frankly, she was downright rude about it because she really didn't want to be bothered to fix this error. She finally spoke to us to let us know we were getting a credit back. We asked about another gift receipt and it was a real big ask for her. Needless to say, this store lost a customer.
