When I tried to exchange them for a store credit today, the associate talked in circles about things I didn't understand about emails and other things all in an effort to tell me they wouldn't do the return. She checked the receipt and she was correct. It happens. We marched right back in to the store and let the same associate know. This is where things went downhill.
