GETTING THE ROUND STARTED AT 630AM 81 DEGREES!
    Tony G.

NICE COURSE LAYOUT! PERSONABLE GREETERS AT THE FRONT! Right next to the Crown Plaza - It was a great round in the High 80s! Although my number rose a bit since I hadn't played in over 3 months, I had a great time!

    Mark M.

18 hole course tucked in Downtown Chandler. First grass fairway course in AZ. Fairways can be a little tight. Good sand traps. Greens can be a little inconsistent. Fairways are decent most of the time. Green fees are a little higher than other comparable courses. Stay for breakfast after your round, great prices and great food. The restaurant even has a walleye dinner special a couple of Fridays a month.

My fiancé plays here all the time - embarrassingly enough this was the first time he let me play with him because his boys weren't available on a Friday morning and he and I were both off work however, I will definitely be back! Now I see why he goes all the time. Dave, one of the course marshals, was so awesome too! He had his beautiful service dog in the cart with him, and she was such a sweetheart! I even got to do tricks with her after we finished our round. Drinks on the course were affordable and everything was well kept. Thanks for a great round!

I've been playing in and off( mostly off) for a year and am inconsistent at best! Wellllll my first lesson I noticed improvement and was left shaking my head, , the second blew me away.... I was doing much better after just one lesson, but even better after the second, and now after my third, I really feel confident I can do this! Explaining why know I can do this! I can't explain why or how... but his determination and confidence in what I can do made me believe I could too. He made changes to my stance and grip and showed me why and how the small adjustments make a big difference . I don't know which one of us gets more excited when I hit a shot in the air and down the middle , but it's awesome !

Three very simple tips later and only 15 minutes into my first lesson, Frank had me hitting straighter and more consistently than I ever have. Had lesson #3 today and cannot believe the results. My only regret is not reaching out to him sooner and instead spending the last year and a half on YouTube videos, endless hours at the range on my own and multiple rounds just getting more frustrated. In addition to being an amazing teacher and coach, Frank is just a great guy and fun to spend time with. Highly recommend!

He, unfortunately, had to have unexpected life-threatening surgery and was out of commission for a bit due to this. I reached out to RJ this week since he was the instructor listed on the gift certificate to see when we can schedule golf lessons and then I received a call from Gil asking why I was reaching out to RJ and what he had to do with any of this. He hardly gave me a chance to speak and then he said that the gift certificate is expired and that RJ and Gil have retired. He didn't even give me a chance to explain what had happened or suggest whether there was anyone else that could provide the lessons. He then hung up in a hurry stating the certificate is expired and that he only provided service from November - April anyway. Maybe in upcoming November he can do something for us is what he suggested. Very poor, disappointing service. He seemed to have enough time on his hands last May when it came to accepting my $210 for the gift certificate. If he was kind, empathetic, and allowed me a moment to speak, I would understand his point. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope the rest of the golf community is not as cut-throat as this group.

I got a tweak to my swing that was simple, easy to apply and showed immediate results. I think it's fair to say that Golf-Tec is not cheap but I think the facility, swing analysis and coaching I got to improve were a clear value. So yeah, I signed up for their big lesson, fitting, etc package (also not cheap) and got myself scheduled out. Lesson package was very flexible IMO and I can share my lessons with my son who is just starting out. I've been back since and my previous tweak was still holding and we added another one that was harder but I was able to accomplish. Combined I was pushing my 7-iron a solid 15-30 yards longer, consistently. I also practiced on their simulators after my lesson and that was fun too. All the staff I've met are great so far. So yeah, can't ask for more than that. I recommend Golf-Tec and especially this location.

For some reason after multiple emails i was not confirmed. Even though i received one. The guy that was fresh out of golf Tec school. Asked me to come back later that day. Was a 30 min drive there so really? So I agreed to come back. My instructor had no clue how to operate the software, stating corporate changes it all the time. That right there takes away a skill an instructor uses daily. Not sure who's fault. The unfortunate part of the whole experience was his notes. How could you teach two things that completely disagree with each other. Then the price tag. The lesson plans were absurd. Never mentioned the deal for Father's Day. All around a pretty odd experience. Probably could have gotten better advice from the guy in the snack shack that sells Cokes for $.75 Wouldn't go back.

I was a past member…read moreat a different indoor simulator location that used Trackman4 technology and it was okay, but I felt it didn't get the distances correct on my longer clubs. This location uses GOLFZON technology which I was unfamiliar with, but I found the distances and ball flight were very accurate to how I perform outdoors. This location has 3 golf bays, but 1 was under construction while I was there. I started in the middle bay but after about 5min of warm-up shots the computer froze up (touch screen and mouse didn't work) and I didn't see any obvious way to reset it, so I moved to the left bay and was able to finish my time there without any issues. I was blown away by the hitting floor...the plates move to match your lie on the screen, and your feet and the ball lie are independent. It was trippy to be standing on the plate the first time it was shifting around. It made playing a virtual round way more immersive. They also have different mat textures depending your lie (1 fairway/green, 2 roughs, 2 sands). Another crazy feature is the balls automatically move to the tee within seconds of hitting your shot. The tee height is adjustable, and you can just move the ball off the tee for all the ground shots. After each shot, you get an analysis of your shot result...way more than just distance and feet offline. My favorite was a mapping where I was hitting the ball on my club faces, showing I was slightly off-center towards the toe of the club. It was also cool getting a full report of my stats and data after my virtual round- ball speeds, launch angles, sidespin and backspin, and more. Along with the hitting bays they have a large putting and chipping area so many people can practice at once. It was in great shape. They have memberships and different tiers from 1hr session and no guests up to 3hr sessions with up to 3 guests allowed. Thanks 24 Precision Golf for the great time...I'll be looking into memberships

Groupon had another coupon which brought our total down to $49.60. The indoor golf facility is spacious and offers lobby seating area, a massive putting green, and two bays, with one more being added at the time of our visit. I don't know much about golf simulators, but theirs seemed to be cutting edge technology. They use GOLFZON technology which features moving swing plates and motion plates, auto tees, multi-surface play, and more. It was really neat and shows you your swing stats. The owner himself spoke with us and told us all about GOLFZON and showed us how it works. He also offers lessons at the facility, memberships, as well as individual tee times. We had a great time and would recommend 24 Precision Golf!

Full disclosure - I had swung a golf club maybe 2 times in my life before taking lessons. I am SO glad that I took lessons with Jim. He is very knowledgeable about the sport, but takes time to really understand you and works with you in the best method it takes for you to learn. You constantly see him writing notes and taking videos of your lessons (he also shares the videos with you after - self reflection and analysis is important!) and his feedback always makes me improve and feel better about my golf game. He truly caters the lesson to your needs and your abilities. He took time to really explain everything to me and answer all my (probably silly) questions and never made me feel dumb about not knowing golf terms or rules. He is very active and involved during the lesson which I appreciate so much. Definitely recommend Jim and taking lessons with him!!

Jim simplifies the approach and spends time on basics while leaving other fixes for later down the road. This removes the stress of trying to fix 10 things at once and gives you one swing thought to think about at a time. Jim also spends time on HOW to practice which is something my previous coaches didn't get into as much. Lessons always feel like you are making useful progress and never like you're just at the range with someone watching. changes things up each time, integrating some chipping practice, putting, etc. as you go so things never feel stale.

I arrived shortly before the 3:00 p.m. tee time and was placed in the 3:18 p.m. slot, which was completely fine. The problem began when I was charged $29 instead of the advertised Arcis Prime twilight rate of $25, plus the water fee and tax. When I questioned the price, Kevin acknowledged the difference but initially refused to correct it, saying the register and phone app showed different rates. He then told me that if I wanted to "save a few bucks," I should book through the app. The issue was not the small dollar amount. It was the dismissive attitude, the implication that I was being cheap, and the refusal to take responsibility for correcting a pricing error. When I explained that this was about customer service and accurate pricing, Kevin responded that he does not run the facility and does not care about fixing those issues. That is not how a loyal member or any customer should be treated. GM Jeff has always been professional and welcoming, and AJ outside is consistently friendly and helpful. I hope Jeff speaks with Kevin and provides him with appropriate customer-service training. One employee's attitude should not damage the reputation of an otherwise good team. Ocotillo is where I come to relax and enjoy the course. Today's interaction did the opposite and seriously made me reconsider continuing my Arcis Prime membership. I hope management addresses this directly so it does not happen again.
