Another visit here ... my car needed work which included ordering and installing a new front bumper ... the body shop manager thought that it would be maybe a week ... but ... I brought my car on Monday and the repair was completed by Wednesday! WOW ... impressive ... AND the work was excellent. On a personal note, my car is a 1997 Lexus ... I "luv" how it drives ... and both the outside and inside look almost new "as the years come and go ..." This is our 3rd experience here ... I was rear ended in July. I searched for a shop to repair my car. I have AAA insurance and they work with AAA. They recommended I use my insurance since it was full insurance and then they would bill the guy's insurance that hit my car. My car was repaired within 4 days. They arranged for a pickup for me to get a rental. When my car was done, I left my car at the shop and they arranged for it to be picked up. All staff are very friendly and accommodating. At pick up, the receptionist bought me an ice cream. I had left my house keys behind and the receptionist offered to bring my keys to my home as well. When I was stopped at a traffic light, someone managed to run into the back of my brand new 4Runner. I am the type of person who takes great pride in caring for my vehicles. I wanted my new 4Runner completely restored to factory condition. I went searching for the best auto body shop I could find. I visited quite a few shops, looked at their work and asked a lot of questions. Several of my friends recommended San Pedro Auto Body. Even though it was farther away than the other shops, I decided to go with them. Jose took care of everything for me. He was easy to work with, honest and understood my concerns. Shannon at the front desk was also very nice and always kept me informed during the repair process. When I was on my way to pick up my 4Runner, I was nervous, expecting that it would be impossible to make perfect again. When I saw it, I was so happy! Their painter is very talented. There were some areas that I considered difficult to re-paint. But the painter did an amazing job! I am impressed. Also, the guys who did the re-assembly did a great job. All of the pieces were aligned and fastened perfectly. Upon close inspection, I can't tell that my 4Runner had ever been damaged. I am very picky and this shop exceeded my expectations. Had to bring in car for body repair through AAA as the insurer because I just can't seem to stay away from this place for too long, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Don't know the names of who exactly did the work but Fabian wrote up the estimate and between him and them, they did, and always do, a careful, beautiful job. I wanted the bra taken off the hood and the front buffed out and it looks like glass. I've received compliments on it and often people think it's a late model when it's actually fourteen years old. Pictures were taken more than two weeks after the job was completed with no further washing and after the rains in March, and it still looks like it did when I picked it up. Maryann and Shannon in the front office are always so gracious and quick to get the ball rolling once you figure out how you want to handle things. AAA seems to coordinate with them effectively every time and allows Enterprise to offer the auto rental as many days as it takes to repair.
