No frills frills about this place, but the couple that runs it are very nice, and the food is consistently good. Services is quick.

Great food, service was quick, and was able to have it ordered to be delivered and still be hot when it arrived. We got two special fried rice, a almond chicken, and a coconut boba tea (for me). All were really good. Though word for the wise: One special fried rice is enough to feed at least two people.

My first time here, and we went because everyone's good reviews. We ordered kung pao chicken, General tso, and green beans with Beef. Also had 2 egg rolls. The Mrs out front was happy cheerful, and the place clean.... Spiffy clean. And the area was filled with wonderful Christmas Cactuses. Any one who care enough to grow these specimens will surely turn a nice meal. All of our food was yummy.... However, my king pao chicken had zucchini, and a few grated/slivered carrots... and I missed the crunchy carrots and celery that usually is in this dish. It was yummy, and well presented, but I missed the crunchiest. Oh, and it was spicey! And No rice. The general tso was again yummy. Meat was cut in nice sizes, and I found no clumps of fat.... The sauce on this was ... ummmmm...... good, but tasted like it had some tomato in the sauce. It was good.... Not greasy.... Good. The green Beans with Beef were preem-o! Best we have had-ever. These had some slivers a carrots, just enough to accent the color. Soooo yummy. Not greasy, and cooked just right. Egg Rolls.... Well, I'm still looking for a good egg Roll. This one's shell was hard and overcooked... and... greasy. The inside was overcooked and soggy cabbage... not my thing. We had to wait 10-15 minutes for our meal to cook.... And it smelled heavenly. Service was personable, quick, and with a smile. I'm going to give a 4-star.... Food was yummy, but a bit unconventional.....place squeaky clean. I wouldn't be opposed to going back! But I wont go out of my way.

Excellent food, amazing service, beautiful plants inside the restaurant. We ordered food for our family of 6 on our way home from football practice. The egg rolls were crispy and filled with veggies. The Mongolian Beef and Singapore Rice Noodles were packed with flavor. Servings were huge! The kids loved the dumplings and steamed rice. We also ordered fried shrimp that they liked but they preferred the dumplings. The wonderful lady that rang us up was so sweet and gave my daughter candies and fortune cookies while we waited for our order to finish cooking. Store is to-go only and is filled with beautiful plants. It is super clean inside. We will definitely order from here again!

First off idk why I ordered curry chicken at a Chinese restaurant. It wasn't even curry or tasted like curry (maybe change the name to this dish?). Although it didn't taste like curry it was still good. I would've gave it at least a 4 if there was more chicken, especially for an $18 dish (with tax). Not worth it in my opinion.

Customer service sets them apart for sure. From the initial phone call to place my order, the woman on the line was so pleasant and warm. She didn't rush, she was efficient and repeated back my order. She greeted me with the same enthusiastic energy upon entering the restaurant. After I paid for our meal she offered to bring it to the car because it was in the low 20s on this night and she wanted me to stay warm . They are located right off the 167 in Kent just a mile down the road from the S. 212th St. exit on the corner of SE 208 St. and 108 Ave. SE. They're in a small shopping center behind Jack in the Box and share their parking lot with Benson mart and a salon. They currently only offer Take-away orders. The interior is spacious and clean and the tables and chairs are stored to one side of the restaurant. Now for the food. The beef and broccoli was on hit! The beef was tender, the broccoli was cooked to perfection (not over cooked but not super crunchy) I just wish I had more of the sauce to drizzle over my steamed rice because the flavor was *chef's kiss*. The beef chow fun needed a little bit of salt so we added a little soy sauce and it was great. The fried rice had a great aroma from the spring onion and decent flavor. The fried spring rolls had fresh veggies inside, they were a tad big soggy but the outside of the spring roll was perfectly fried.

I was very hungry and didn't want to cook so google "Chinese restaurant" nearby and this place popped up. It has good reviews on google so I gave it a try. Oh boy ain't I glad I found this gem! The people are friendly, the foods were made fast and the taste was exactly what I like. Not too salty or oily and all dishes were delicious! Price is decent too. The restaurant only serves take-out which is totally fine. I surely will go back again!

I adore this place. The food is AMAZING. The owner is the sweetest and I've not had Chinese on par with my favorite spot 3 hours away in ages. I'm thrilled to gave found these great eats at a random strip mall location (do not be fooled by the cover, this book is the tops). Resonance prices, solid/friendly service, delicious food, and breathtaking paintings  (yep, just came for Chinese food and left with a Tuscan painting). The plaza itself needs love but that's an aside and irrelevant to the business itself. Highly recommend. I lost access to my Brittany K. account with an email change gone wrong. This is a repost.

Ordered delivery. Showed up in a reasonable amount of time, still piping hot. Food tasted great. My only complaint is they forgot my straw, but luckily I found one lying around.

House special chow mein: pretty good. 4/5

Not sure why I never heard of this place. Owner said they have been open for 3 years now. The food came out fast. We actually ordered too much we had it for three more meals at home. I think overall the food was good. Like I was telling the owner I normally drive to Canada to get Chinese food, or San Fran for dim sum. I'm pretty hard to please. But since I like to support local, I'll bring my friends here another time for lunch. The decor was minimal but nice. From the outside it looked like it was closed, and like it was a home or doctors office. It's right next to a bikini barista. So we missed it the first time. It's a brick building. The tea was really good. The perfect amount of Chinese leaves, and it was nice and hot for a cold blistery day even if it's almost spring.

The food itself is high quality. The best pan-fried noodles I've had in a long time (aka chow mein,…read morechoose the crispy option). Dim sum is some of the best in the Seattle area. But they lose 3 stars from me because they use some kind of industrial strength cleaning chemical to wipe down the tables. Hard to enjoy your meal when all you can smell is the same chemical they use to mop the floors at QFC and in my apartment building. Seriously terrible chemical smell while you eat. If they are using a spray bottle to clean at the next table, you'll get a cloud of harsh cleaning chemical up your nostrils while you eat. I've had to rinse off and wiped down my own table with a napkin dampened with tea or water in order to enjoy my meal. When I mentioned this to staff, they were dismissive and haven't changed a thing in over a year when I first brought it to their attention. They should only be using something like quat sanitizer, that doesn't smell, to clean the tables. NOT something that is used for floors or bathrooms. and on a side note: if you decide to mop underneath another table while people are dining next to it, please say "excuse me" or just wait. Instead of almost hitting people in the head with a mop handle without saying a word. Also not great for a dining experience. I have worked in restaurants and F&B management. I know something about these things. You shouldn't use anything on a table for diners that you wouldn't use on a food preparation surface. How many times has a dumpling got away from you and bounced around on the table and you snag it and consume it, because you assume the table isn't being cleaned with floor cleaner? If you agree with me, please say something to the staff, and maybe they'll eventually listen. This is a real shame. The food quality is quite good. Probably best dim sum in South King County. I might just do take-out from now on. There are other high quality Chinese and Asian dining options, that's the bright side of living in this area. But if I'm doing takeout, I might as well just go to Dim Sum House on Beacon Hill (much more reasonable prices and good quality).

The restaurant is tucked away in a strip mall leading to ranch 99 (Asian supermarket). I've had this spot pinned on my Google Maps for the longest time but just never had the opportunity to make the drive there. We ordered the spicy braised beef noodles and steamed dumplings to share since we weren't that hungry. The braised beef noodles BLEW ME AWAY. The broth was so rich and savory, my mom commented that it tasted better than the one at din tai fung (we are frequent visitors & I agree) and the noodles were chewy (I love thick noodles!!). The dumplings were very juicy and flavorful but nothing too special. Service was prompt and servers were really friendly. There were so many other dishes on the menu featuring traditional Chinese dishes that looked delicious and so I do want to come back to try those when I am hungry! For this visit, I came in a group of 5 to celebrate Mother's Day a day early. Even with that, we had to put our name down on a waitlist, and even wait longer than usual since we did not make a reservation ahead of time through the phone. We did eventually get seated about an hour later and got a big table with the rotating glass in the middle for our family-style eating. For it being really busy and people coming in and out everywhere inside, food came out even faster! I swear it took like 15 or so minutes for all the dishes we got to arrive, and they are huge portions. - Lemon chicken: I always ask for the sauce on the side for this one. This is the only place I know of that uses chicken breast for the meat and not chicken thighs like most other Chinese restaurants do. Chicken tempura is crispy and chicken itself is juicy and really hot. Lemon sauce came on a bigger-than-expected bowl. - Mustard green and sliced pork soup: we asked for this one without the salty egg. Essentially a very clean soup with tofu, veggies, egg whites and small pieces of sliced pork. - Lotus root with fresh squid and peanut: lotus roots were a little crunchy, pretty nice dish overall with the peanuts putting their nutty mark throughout the ingredients. - Salt and pepper sole fillet: very salty but to the point where you don't need any sort of sauce. Came in very piping hot. - Ong cai/water spinach: pretty standard for most Chinese restaurants. Clean and a needed veggie among all the fried and salty dishes we got. - Singaporean style noodles: one of my favorites to get. Curry taste is prevalent, and was maybe a little too spicy for my parents to eat. - Razor clams: not a fan of these but I didn't taste any sand grains when I had a bite, so this was cleaned very well. - Lamb pot: lamb was a little touch to chew, and the fried tofu skins carried a lot more flavor for some reason. This was a humongous meal and we were all very satisfied! From other visits we were considering getting their slow cooked herb soup for this visit but it would be $16 per person so we did pass on it. That being said, dishes here are priced reasonably, and portions are really huge. Highly recommend here for a great meal for large parties!
