The estimate was for $1800 for both rooms. I agreed and when they arrived to do the work, they notified me that did not include painting. I decided not to do the second room but only the dining room and to have it painted. Although the original estimate was for $1800 the final invoice was $4000 and only one room completed. As I said, the work was well done but if you use this service make sure and get a full estimate by someone on site before getting the work done.
