After I gave them to him, he told me that the soles were separating from the boot! I found Michael's Boot & Shoe Repair on Yelp and decided to taken them in for repair. I dropped them off and was given a pick up ticket. The woman who worked there gave me a ticket and said I might want to take a picture of it because it often gets lost. And having that ticket number is the only way to retrieve your item at pick-up. So glad I did because I couldn't find it when I went to pick them up! The woman looked over the boots and said the cost would depend on how much gluing was needed. Fair enough. Once the "promised by" date arrived, I went to pick up the repaired boots. The cost and time needed for repair was reasonable. The repair took place back in December, and they are still holding up, so they did a great job!
