Price was almost HALF what the RV dealers wanted to charge me and they had it done in 2 days, RV dealers wanted me to leave it for at least a week. We travel full time so a week was out of the question. Everything was professional, owner is onsite everyday and legitimately cares about his customers. Asked if they would tow if we could get the other entrance opened by auto shop and they still refused. Had to call back to roadside and cancel then had to find another tow company. Second tow company had no issue with getting into auto shop location with only one entrance open. to top it all off, dispatcher was annoyed at auto shop and was rude to me.
