When I told him where my car was, he immediately knew the lay if the land and asked if it was on a hill or not. This is the type of experience and local knowledge that is important. He arrived very quickly, towed my car to the dealership, knew where to leave my car, knew the service people and actually went into their office and had one of them come out to start the repair process.
