Price was kinda rough but that's because the tire size not the place. They have better deals and service here than elsewhere. I originally went in for one tire and ended up going back for a second one two days later. The alignment was way off and they would not give me a tire rotation because the other two tires were too low on tread. I ended up getting two more tire tires and an alignment.

This rubbed me the wrong way as a first impression, he then seemed to have an attitude with me from then on. He told me to leave the keys in the car and he would get to it quickly, which he did. My kids took the key from the car so I quickly went to give it to him, again he had an attitude. I said "I have a feeling you are upset with me or something, is there a problem?" He stated in a rude tone, "I just don't feel good today but I am forced to be here." I said "I'm sorry, but I'm still not feeling as though I am receiving good service." He said "I told you I don't feel good" I asked for the manager, he said he was the owner. My thoughts are, everyone has bad days and sick days, even if you are owner.. you don't have the right to treat people this way. I felt extremely disrespected and questioned if it was racism because I am a young woman of color with visible tattoos. He was not warm and friendly at all, I ended up telling him I didn't feel comfortable spending my money with his business. I didn't feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer and did not trust him with my vehicle. Note to the owner, respect your customers. They fund your business and life.

Speaking directly with the owner and mechanic Mario on the phone, he was incredibly helpful and was able to diagnose multiple root causes of my Acura TL based on my feedback alone. What really impressed me was the pricing. Mario quoted me almost 50% below what I was quoted at two separate dealerships and a local service station. When scheduling came up, he fit me in that same week. On service day, he texted when he was on his way and arrived exactly on time. Beyond the actual work, which he executed with all the proper tools, Mario walked me through everything that was done, provided an itemized receipt with warranty information, and asked me to follow up with him.
