Claremont has so many options to pick from and yesterday I came into this establishment. The decor is pretty cool and the place is a decent size. Not to big not to small. We were greeted and they brought complimentary waters for the table. The food was not bad at all everything tasted great. However we did order 2 lemonades and a cocktail that we never received and when we got the bill they were charged. After speaking with the server she did apologize and removed them from our bill. Accidents happen and they made it right.

Freshly fried corn tortilla chips and tasty salsa. wow.

Still waiting on that bean order.... Maybe they will show up and surprise me. Or not....

Came here for dinner after getting my hair done at Escape Salon on the next street over. My cousin had been before and said they had good food. Well I ordered the Flaco burrito because I felt like having something different. It was so good! Salsa is very good that comes with chips. Server that took our order was very friendly. Chill spot to hang and have some drinks also. They have a good happy hour menu.

Wanted some breakfast on a Sunday morning after visiting the farmers market. Stopped in because it wasn't too busy. Greeted immediately and was told to be seated anywhere I chose. Decor is kind of strange but whatever works. I was there for food. Ordered chilaquiles and was not disappointed. There were a decent amount of chips, but not so much as to overwhelm the plate. Salsa was mild, which was great since I'm not a spice person. I am a rice and beans person, so glad to see a good amount of each. Rice and beans were good. The quantity and spice level may not be everyone's taste, but I found both to be a good balance of food on the plate. I guess you can say it's more Americanized. Seasonal margarita was decent as well. I'd definitely eat this dish again

Solid Mexican food and fun vibes! The flaco burrito bowl was flavorful and filling, and the sweet and spicy salsa paired nicely. I think my favorite part of my meal was the chips and salsa (not pictured) and also the fun decor in this location!

I was skeptical at first because when I arrived one of the Servers (the one in all black in the photo) looked dead at me at least three times, ignoring me. We even made eye contact, as if she was about to come and assist me, but turned and went to check out another table. Smh Granted, I could tell I wasn't what appeared to be their "usual"customer, but still, at least not make your willingness to not assist me so obvious. Anyway, not too much long later, another young lady came and sat me, she was amazing, very genuine. I ordered a shrimp taco, and a carnitas taco. Both were very good. The green sauce, which I typically deny, was delicious. The restaurant definitely gives bar type vibe. In MY opinion, it could stand to be a bit cleaner. It wasn't very crowded, but I had to request that my table be thoroughly cleaned and I even had to wipe it again after. And, that was not the only thing I noticed, but it was most significant to MY visit. Right before I was about to leave, I guess the server that ignored me, wanted to redeem herself because she came up to my table and literally smiled at me from ear to ear, asking if I enjoyed my meal. Lol I can't help but think it was because the young lady that took my order noticed me doing my check-in, and I told her that it was my first time . Other than those scenarios, it was a good visit and I will definitely return to try some of their other tacos. I deducted a star because of the first impression.

10/10 service! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The food was so good (seriously, I'm still thinking about it), and the decor inside was super unique and fun to look at! I'm curious to check out their other locations and see if each spot has its own twist or if they all share that same Sanchos vibe.

The gentleman who took my order at the window was pleasant and helped me navigate the menu to make sure I didn't have any issues. You order at the window and they bring it out to your table. There's a small seating area in the back of the building where there's some picnic tables and a little fire pit. I really enjoy it. It's different from most places. Casual. There are water cups and a water dispenser and a little salsa bar. Their pickled onions/ all flour is really good, spicy! And there's typically three different salsas you can have. They're all really good. They're soft Tortillas are handmade. The meat tastes like you grilled it on your barbecue. I love that! It's not greasy or grizzly. Had a nice, light freshly grilled flavor. I don't think they're overpriced. I've gone to other places and paid the same price for soft tacos and got in street tacos that are gone in two bites. These are pretty Hardy and made with fresh ingredients so I think it's worth every penny. They do get busy so prepare to wait in a line and be patient for your food because it's a small establishment that is making your order fresh. They do a great job and if you're short on time, try to go before or after rush hour lunch or dinner time.

But some shady charges or maybe we'll call it miscommunication just rubbed me the wrong way. I always order the mole chicken enchiladas and my wife (being vegetarian) asks for the same dish but if the enchiladas can be vegetable or cheese. Apparently this means a 8$ up charge? We've done this many times in the past and always been charged the same price for both. I asked the server at the end "the veggie version is 8$ more expensive than chicken?" And he just shrugged and said yes. Just found it interesting that a meat dish would be 8$ less than a purely cheese/veggie dish. Especially since done this in the past with no issue. I also asked for "hot sauce" for my dish. They brought out a spicier house salsa as the hot sauce...totally understandable and the salsa here is usually free. Apparently it's a 4$ "chipotle sauce" that the waiter did not inform me would be charged. I would've easily just said I want tapatio or no "hot sauce". I used maybe a teaspoon for 4$. I told the waiter this when we questioned the bill and he just shrugged. These may seem like small inconveniences but when they seem like they intentionally don't tell you the details and then when called out about it just kinda shrug it off, it was a disappointing end to an otherwise tasty dinner. We love it here and will certainly be back but it just sucks that I have to be extra cautious & skeptical when ordering from now on.

I was hoping they would have a Taco Tuesday special or something but they don't... I ordered 2 carne asada and 1 al pastor tacos to go. They were prettty solid and delicious! Carne asada was really nice, the al pastor was definitely more flavorful, but it had more of the burnt ends, so it was either even more flavorful from the charred parts, or it was a bit hard and too crispy to have. Overall, still pretty nice though. I liked how they had the side bar, which it doesn't look entirely the cleanest, but pretty decent. Total for 3 tacos came out to be $9, so it's about $3 each. Kinda high for tacos imo, but they're pretty good.
