I hired Sancho's Tacos Catering for a family gathering. Let me begin by saying... 1. Jr's communication and responses is fast, and strait to the point. He respected my time and gave me direct answers that I needed immediately. 2. I have Jr. the location and directions to the event a week prior to the date and organized all the information and details on his agenda so he didn't have to call me the day of while I'm running around, asking for the same information. 3. He is punctual and manages time very well. He arrived early enough to set up, cook and have food ready to serve prior to my guests arriving. My guests arrived hungry and there were no delays on Jr's end. 4. Jr treated my guest with courtesy and respect. 5. His prices are very reasonable in comparison to the quality of his product, quantity and his abilities of being self reliant and prompt in comparison to other caterers who cut corners, provide bare minimum and more than frequently ARRIVE LATE. Nothing will upset your client and guests more than to have to wait on the caterer because he/she couldn't manage time accordingly. 6. His stront work ethic and attitude clearly is shown, and ensured that all my guests not only received a delicious meal, but were satisfied. 7.
