I've been coming here almost every week for years and finally decided to leave a review lol. They…read morerecently remodeled and the place looks really nice and cozy! I just found out they have online booking now. I usually ask for Sophia. She's really friendly and professional. Everyone else here is really nice too. Highly recommend!

(Many times names are not given, not necessarily intentional, but perhaps not seen as important.) A name given brings an aspect of personal pride and accountability. if that specific masseuse does not do well, I would know who not to request again AND management can take under advisement that more training or customer care needs to be provided. 2. Keep records. I would like to be able to call in as a repeat customer, have my name looked up and have a professional response such as: "Oh hello, it looks like you had Jenny as your therapist before. Would you like to schedule an appointment with her again?" Such action would show professional commitment and pride in the services you provide. 3. Train staff to be consistent and personable. If staff is trained and consistent, there would be less disparity between the various therapists. I am willing to try this place again, but hope they can step up and provide a service that will set them above their professional peers.

Blue Moon Head Spa was a 10 out of 10! Actually, if I could rate it a 20 out of 10, I would! It was…read morean absolutely incredible, full sensory experience from beginning to end. They started with a scalp analysis, and I got to see all the gunk hiding on my scalp. New fear unlocked, but in a good way! I wash my hair frequently, so I truly had no idea how much buildup could still be there. Devon was so knowledgeable, and her hands were genuinely magical. Between the massage, the oils, the scents, and all the beautiful fragrances, I felt like I had escaped into a fantasy world with my eyes closed. It was deeply relaxing, luxurious, and unlike anything I've ever experienced. I left feeling completely refreshed, with the cleanest scalp of my life. I cannot recommend Blue Moon Head Spa enough. Absolutely incredible!

The photos are a bit deceiving. The whole floor, including the entrance, were very cramped. It felt like one wrong move, one sneeze and I was going to disturb or knock into other patrons. It is very tight! Unfortunately, I did not find this experience relaxing at all. Ultimately, it felt more like a glorified facial rather than a head spa. It felt like my technician was everywhere and nowhere, seemingly not remembering the order of things. During the treatment, I began to feel a line of burning along my upper back and arms. Come to find out afterwards that I experienced chemical burns that coincides where the table/water line meet. There were just so many products used. I am not someone who is sensitive to products so this came as a surprise to me. When I pressed for information on brands, type of lotion, etc. both the technician and receptionist seemed clueless on what products their salon was stocked with. For the price I paid and the experience I had, I can't justify returning or recommending this establishment to anyone else.
