Michael and the team at Stevenson-Hendrick Toyota Jacksonville were the ONLY Hendrick dealership within 200 miles of my address that were willing to listen, to slow down, to work the deal, and make Magic Happen! On a scale of one to ten, this dealership goes to Eleven! I'd have the management of this Hendrick Dealership an area trainer! There's something different and unique that Michael M. and the team at Stevenson-Hendrick Toyota Jacksonville are doing; And the rest of the Hendrick automotive dealerships could sure stand to learn from them! One happy customer tells 10 people. One disappointed customer tells 100. This is simple sales 101. Michael and the entire team in New Bern are a near perfect example of this (check my other Hendrick reviews). If you are shopping Hendrick, I'd go straight to New Bern and ask for Michael M! It took some time for them to get it, but Brandon kept us informed all the way. We had some trouble with the multimedia touch screen. We were not able to create an account to get it working. Brandon connected us with an expert at Toyota who was able to sort it all out. I highly recommend this dealership as they provided us with excellent customer service and I especially appreciate Brandon for going the extra mile, making sure that we were happy with our purchase.

    **Let me start by saying this has been the WORST car buying experience of my life. Salesman Kevin told me my numbers 'looked good' -- meanwhile, EIGHT hard inquiries hit my credit report like I wasn't gonna check. Shady, dishonest, and unacceptable. Then I get the car, and the trunk is lopsided. Had to bring it back to get fixed. Mind you, I've only had the car a MONTH. Two weeks later, the paint starts peeling off. When I reached out, the dealership tried to push the blame onto Honda, claiming it was a recall issue. Funny how I called Honda directly -- NO RECALL on my car. So now y'all lying AND avoiding responsibility. I spoke to Manager Stephen, who swore he'd talk to his GM and call me back. Nothing but crickets since. THEN Hugo gets on the phone trying to cover for Kevin, being rude, dismissive, and flat out nasty. Little does Hugo know -- I recorded that entire conversation. The unprofessionalism was beyond anything I've ever experienced at a business. To make matters worse, Kevin tells me to book a service appointment for the paint. I show up, waste my time and gas, just for them to tell me 'there's nothing we can do.' So now you're playing with my money, time, AND patience. This dealership is straight-up ROTTEN. Terrible customer service, no accountability, and no respect for the people spending their hard-earned money here. ZERO stars if I could. And best believe, I'll be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Attorney General's office. I have the recordings and the paperwork to back up every word of this. Robbie was true to his word and communicative as he worked to resolve the issue. I am very grateful for Robbie's help in resolving the issue. Buyer BEWARE. After purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, it lost all power and required being towed to the dealership within 2.5 months of purchasing it. Upon having the vehicle towed, the service department did not confirm receipt of the vehicle and was unreachable by phone. After weeks of having the vehicle, the service department provided minimal communication. After following up numerous times we were provided multiple reports of conflicting information of what was wrong with the vehicle. When we asked to speak with management, management was "in a meeting" and did not return our call. After following up again, we were told by a service representative to come to the dealership to have a meeting with service and sales to discuss trading the car in or the dealership buying the vehicle back. Upon arriving to the meeting, management was unaware of the meeting we were asked there for. The service manager shared incorrect information about what had been done to diagnose the problem and was corrected by the service representative, and at multiple points conflicted information that had been previously been shared. Ultimately, the service manager was unable to give a plan for diagnosis or timeline for repair. We then met with the Vice President of Operations after asking to return the vehicle. The Vice President asked to "earn our trust back" and promised to "communicate with us every step of the way," and call us within two days with a solution or update. No communication has been received - silence. The vehicle has been in the shop for over a month at this point. This does not appear to be a one off situation with this dealership. If you look through the reviews, you will find a review from Qubanae Hudson, that is disturbingly similar to my experience. Do not ignore the concerning reviews of this establishment. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Less than 40 days. That should never happen with a vehicle you just purchased. (Used or New) I've been dealing with Tony Farrior. From the beginning I told him I didn't want the vehicle anymore because of the issues. Instead of actually fixing the situation, I kept getting told "I'm working on it" or "tell me what you want and we'll make it happen." But every time I follow up, it's something different. Either no response at all, or now I suddenly "need a co-signer because of the price," or they "need something else" from me. Why are we talking about co-signers and new terms when the real issue is that the car broke down in under 40 days? Robbie Yates was very nonchalant. He continued to ask me "what's wrong now." He spoke with an attitude and didn't care to hear what I had to say as the customer. It feels like I'm being pushed into another deal instead of them taking responsibility for selling me a vehicle that couldn't even last two months without major problems.

    Disappointing Service Experience - Moore Buick GMC…read more I rarely write negative reviews, but after this experience, I feel it's important to share so others can make an informed decision. My situation with Moore Buick GMC turned into a five-and-a-half-month ordeal. I brought my 2021 Buick Envision Avenir into their service department in mid November due to peeling paint on both sides of the roof--something that is clearly a manufacturer defect. Photos were taken, and I was told a warranty claim would be submitted to GM. I was later informed that additional photos were required, resulting in another trip to the dealership. After weeks of unanswered calls and messages to the service advisor, I was eventually told to take the vehicle to a body shop recommended by them. Several more weeks passed before I was finally told that GM had denied the claim due to cost and that I would need to take the vehicle to a different, less expensive body shop used by the dealership. After continued delays, lack of communication, and no returned calls, I ultimately took my vehicle to Trent Buick GMC in New Bern. From the very first interaction, they confirmed this was a manufacturing defect and scheduled repairs within a week. The issue was resolved at no cost to me. To this day, Moore Buick GMC has never followed up with me or provided any explanation as to why the claim was denied under their handling or why they stopped communicating with me. While I don't fault the service advisor personally, the ongoing communication failures point to poor leadership and management within the service department. Service quality directly impacts customer trust, loyalty, and future sales--something their management should take seriously. I had also informed Moore Buick GMC that we intended to trade in my husband's truck and purchase a new one once my vehicle was repaired. Instead, Trent Buick GMC earned our business by taking care of the repair and providing excellent service. As a result, we purchased a $90,000 truck from them, and they are now selling our previous vehicle as well. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering Trent Buick GMC before choosing Moore Buick GMC. And on top of this they make it very difficult to create a review on their website.

Each time they failed to service the DEF tank as requested and this last trip the duel filter was changed, but didn't bleed the air from it. The truck struggled to start when I went to leave. when I asked about the DEF they came out and filled it, but spilled it all down the side, poured some water from a bottle on it and called it good. This place is a joke. Definitely not recommended for any maintenance of a vehicle. I noticed the residual fluid had crystallized all down the side today when I left work. I won't be going back.
