This really pains me to do this. I had such a good experience in ordering and buying my 2018 F150 Raptor. My f150 has had transmission issues. It has already been in once for software updates and flushing. I only have 6100 miles on truck. I scheduled a appointment for Sanderson to look at transmission. Was given a day and time. When I arrived I was told it would be 1 1/2 weeks before they would look at it and had to leave it. Asked for loaner. None available. They would call when available. Told them I needed truck to go to work and can't have it slipping gears. Only got they will call. Keep in mind I drove 40 miles one way to keep dealership loyalty. I moved further away after buying truck. Well the next day they call to cancel my earlier appointment. Informed lady I was waiting on loaner. They cancelled anyway and received email. It been 9 days and still no call back. Truck has been running ok. But with the 10 spd transmission who knows. Not sure but pretty sure I am moving to another dealership unless a miracle happens. read more

WARNING DO NOT LEAVE HERE WITHOUT YOUR TITLE IN HAND! YOU MAY BE STUCK PAYING THE BALANCE OF YOUR LOAN THEN IN CASH BEFORE IT GOES TO DEFAULT WHEN THEY LOSE IT! I purchased a car here 68 days ago and still have no plates, no title and no registration for the used car I purchased from them. My credit union is furious and will be putting my loan into default in 21 days since they do not have the title. I have called the secretary of states office yesterday they never received the $1555.56 which I paid to the dealer for title/taxes/plates or the title itself. The dealer uses a service called ATC to process there Titles this company is blaming the dealership for misfiling paper work and the Dealership is blaming ATC. Guess who is stuck with a $13,500 bill due in 21 days or my credit will be ruined...me the consumer. The dealer refuses to return my calls now. Originally Karlie H. in titling was very nice when I called 4 weeks after not receiving my title or paperwork and said not to worry she would handle everything. Here we are 30+ days since we last spoke and she still has not resolved the issue, neither she nor the finance manager will return my calls. read more

I had a terrible experience with Service Advisor Mike P. He was deceitful and dismissive of the issue of my car. Mike claimed the windshield on my brand new car was not the factory installed windshield and denied to look at a problem I was having with my windshield wipers because of his claim. He determined this in a 30 second inspection he did of the car of which he was standing further than 5 feet away from the car the entire time. I asked him how he determined it was not the factory windshield and he claimed my car's glass did not have the Ford logo etched into the glass. When I explained to him that my car's windshield did in fact have the Ford logo etched into the glass and the date of the glass also matched the date of the car's manufacture date. Mike then called his lack of effort to do his job and deceitfulness a "mix up." I have tried to also explain my frustration to the service manager, C. Francis, who was equally dismissive and made little effort to acknowledge and correct his employee's mediocrity. I do not feel confident in this dealership to ever remedy my problem or try to correct/reprimand their employee's behavior. read more

I did some research online before making an appointment to have warranty issues on my truck repaired. Sanderson had very good reviews so I made an appointment there. I am not prone to giving reviews but I am happy to in this case. In an age of nonexisting customer service Sanderson takes it to a new level. The lady that took the appointment was very pleasant and called me the day before to remind me and confirm it. The service manager was thorough and ask if I needed a ride when we were done. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the service manager checked in with me to keep me informed about what was going on. Checkout was just as trouble free. Overall experience was great, 7 stars out of 5. read more

Sanderson Ford is a business with no professional integrity. Period. Their service department operates on a system that includes underestimating the cost on repairs so that they can get the vehicle in their shop and then increase their actual billings by $20k+ at the end of the day. They know the game and they will screw over anyone who dares let their guard down around these "professionals". David in their service department is a liar and a cheat. Unfortunately for us, our only contact with Sanderson has been David because everyone else is conveniently unavailable at all times. Our most recent problematic experience stems from Sanderson getting their grubby paws on our damaged vehicle over three months ago and lying to our insurance company about the price to perform the repair work. After months of David refusing to give us a timeline for the work ("Uhhh, dude, I don't want to give you a timeline because if I don't meet it, you'll be upset."), Sanderson now pops up and demands an additional $15k+ to release our vehicle from being held hostage. Our insurance company, who would have just totaled out the vehicle based on the final bill, actually stepped in to cover the difference. After speaking with David today, we find out that he is sure that the vehicle is not completely repaired but he can't bill to it anymore and is sure that "it will be fine for now." When we headed to David's maintenance area (a mess -- what a surprise), we meet his mechanic who tells us, "Oh man, I hope this starts. It hasn't been running right." Without saying it directly -- Sanderson doesn't spend money on ethics classes but they sure do teach their employees how to deflect -- we understood from our conversations with David and anyone who is available over there (which, as I mentioned, isn't anyone of consequence, it seems) that the vehicle was still not repaired but they were ready to get it out of there, surely because our insurance told them they weren't getting any more money out of this one. We ended up leaving our truck there for the insurance company to battle out the issue. David was more than happy to move on to his next mark so we completed our visit chatting to the secretary. I can't emphasize enough how strongly I oppose dealing with Sanderson Ford. That place is all marketing but, underneath, are the epitome of the shady used car lot/predatory used car mechanic. And if anyone over there ever asks why you're so weary when dealing with them, you tell them you heard about my experience and you'd rather not be taken advantage of by those crooks. read more

Dealing with service issues for our work truck is often a hassle. We had already taken it in twice to diagnose a small oil leak. As it turns out, this location has a big staff of diesel mechanics (a rarity), and they were able to 1. squeeze us in 2. correctly diagnose the problem 3. fix it within a couple of hours, since we're only in town for a few days. All of this was accomplished with pleasant attitudes and friendly service, from mechanics to the service advisor. These guys definitely deserved a Yelp. read more

I wanted to trade my old car in for a new car and pay cash. Once the salesman found out that I was not going to do any financing through Sanderson he belittled me about being "that kind of person". I am a woman who has worked very hard my entire life and I have an excellent credit. I wanted to pay cash to reduce my total household debt which is my choice. The salesman and the sales manager were bullies. They tried to talk me into financing and made me feel very uncomfortable. Women should NOT deal with Sanderson. I have had issues with the service dept here before. I decided that I would give there quick lube dept a try today due to time constraints in my schedule. I must say that they did get my vehicular in and serviced per my request in a timely fashion and at a cheaper price than I was just quoted at another shop that did not have the needed oil to service my rear differential. So I will say on this trip there quick lube team did exceed my expectations. read more

After spending a whole entire day from hell in another dealership and getting lied to and them trying to sell me a car they didnt even have and wasnt even at their location of checked in yet. I decided to go straight to the dealership that actually had possession of the car I wanted. This dealership ended up being Sanderson Ford. I spoke with Jerry in sales who was amazing! He found out the car was still at the rail yard waiting to be checked in. We made arrangements for them to save that car for me the second it made it to the dealership. Because I had already sold my old car they even gave me one of their Drive One vehicles to drive until my car came in! Which ended up being the next day! They even got me a much lower precentage rate then the other dealership was trying to talk me into. When I went to pick up my car it was perfect and waiting for me. I walked in they had all the papers all ready for me to sign. I signed them all they gave me a very long walk through of my whole car and how everything worked. They had it all fueled up and ready for me to drive it off the lot. The whole process took maybe an hour or so and I was out of there. There was not fighting with them for the best deal, or the best precentage rate. No haggeling at all! It was the easiest transaction I have ever had at a dealership in my whole life.
