Recently they even broke my window, and, evidently, I needed a replacement. I've looked around and selected Vista View Glass and Mirrors based on the coverage area and their good ratings on Yelp. It was easy to contact them, and they arrived promptly to do an estimate. Their price was reasonable, and I decided to hire them for the work. They have a quick turnaround, and they would have completed the work in 3-4 days or so. Only in my case was there a problem: the golf ball broke not only the window but also damaged the frame and the window trim. That window trim had a specific design, and the window manufacturer was no longer in business. It took Louis a couple of weeks to search everywhere, but he did not give up, and in the end, he found a replacement. The new window looks just like the original. I could not be more content.

The appointment time came and I did think it odd that I didn't get a reminder text/call but I started waiting for the tech to show up and about 20 mins after their scheduled arrival I called and they didn't have record of my appointment. They said they would look into it and contact me back. They called about 30 minutes later to say they never had an appointment listed but their tech could come out in the afternoon. Luckily I work from home so I said that would work. When the tech showed up he said he was new and forgot to put my name on the appointment book but confirmed it was him that I originally talked to. He did his measurements and said he would get right back to me with the quotes. That was on Friday -- I did finally hear back from him on Monday afternoon. The quote is pretty competitive but since I didn't hear right back from him I am getting a couple of more quotes now. The glass on top of the table broke and we had to replace the glass only thing is the glass was had an intricate design. So we had to find a glass place that could cut an intricate piece of glass. Our first visit was just to go over the details and the lady that works the front desk showed us what glass we should use. We had to return on another day with the table and this one employee came out to trace the design of the table top. I was actually in awe on how he did the tracing. We returned after the glass cutting was completed and had the table with us and sure enough the glass was the design of the table top. We were so pleased with the work and the gentleman who brought the glass out to place the glass on the table was I think in awe of the table and gave him a little bit of history of the table. He wrapped the glass to the table with plastic wrap to keep the glass and table together to transport it home. When we finally got it home we couldn't have been more pleased. Their staff is very accommodating and helpful and I must add very patient too. The cost was reasonable especially considering the cut of the glass has curves.
