In the end I had to pay for the damages when this clearly happened after I gave them the keys, which was only five minutes to closing. Enterprise called me the very next morning because someone backed into the bumper of my rental. Royal took no accountability. Even after all of this, they did a botched job on the body of my BMW by using mostly after market parts to appease the insurance company instead of whats ascetically best . The work was so bad I had them redo my front bumper and even afterwards, I still wasn't entirely pleased with the results. After this nightmare, i still held back on writing a bad review until I recently went to bmw to get my lights replaced by. They pointed out how the headlights were not installed properly but glued on. Yes, glued on! This angers me tremendously because I pointed out how the lights looked improperly installed but they dismissed my claim. Do not come here!!
