While the customer service and reception are great and i have no complaints, these dentist should feel absolutely ashamed of themselves for the price gouging and unnecessary 5 minute "consultations" they make you do. I've had to come in two separate times for two separate x-rays, all for the apathetic dentist to say "yup, those need to come out". As if that wasn't the reason why I came in to this office. I'm not exactly sure what difference they saw in the two separate x-rays, but it seemed extremely unnecessary to charge me almost $300 for a second set of x-rays, when the first time they came to the same conclusion. I'm sure they're decent dentist, that can do decent work, but they also seem super shady when it comes to pricing. Might as well go to tj if your going this down south. read more

I have been coming to Dr Sandris Bajar Dentist since their opening in 2008 and have not thought about switching dentists. Even moving farther away from the Bajar office over the years, I continue to drive farther distances to continue service with the Bajar dentists and staff even when living a few min from other dentist offices. From routine check up, cavity, filling, wisdom teeth, etc. - all is well here and Dr Sandris Bajar ensures customer's comfort a priority when operating on you. Life happens and it's not always ideal - he literally saw me last minute twice and saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary treatments throughout the years. One of the most honest and nicest human beings, experts in his field that I've seen in my life. I have always hated going to the dentist. Until I found Sandris & Tania Bajars. They are the most caring dentists I have ever met. All their staff is simply fantastic: welcoming, friendly, efficient, and highly professional. They provide an outstanding service. Dr Tania always takes time to explain everything, gives me options when available and makes sure I am comfortable with the decisions. After going there myself, they now take care of my mother, my husband and my two little ones. Dr Tania is fantastic with kids. My eldest WANTED to go in to show her her missing tooth! The front desk staff was lovely and helpful and the happy and well-educated dental assistant was excellent and appeared to really love his job. Dr. Bajaras was gentle and extremely knowledgeable -- after my exam and cleaning, she shared her observations and professional opinion and didn't force treatment down my throat (something that others often experience at other dental practices). The office has modern equipment and is very clean and tidy, something that you'll want to pay attention to these days. I'm EXTREMELY picky when it comes to dentists as my dad was one. I have been coming to this dental office for years, so when Dr. Doria decided to retire and turn his practice over to Drs. Bajars, I decided to try them out. I was delighted with the state-of-the-art equipment they used, as well as the fact that they were as respectful and knowledgeable as Dr. Doria had been. Dr. Tania is the best dentist I've ever had. She's super nice and very conservative with her work. She would rather try and fix the problem than go directly to costly and drastic surgeries or procedures. Long story short. I went to a dentist office before this one a few days ago. And after the terrible service, we called around and found this place. The receptionist at the front, I'm sorry but I was in so much pain at the time, I didn't get the names but it was 2 ladies that was a Godsend! They was SO NICE! They understood the pain I was in and found the time to squeeze me in. They treated every customer in the lobby better then I've seen in 5 Star places! I was amazed. Then I got to see the doctor, he explained everything and how he was going to fix it. Gave me all my options and respected the decision I chose. I can tell that it was a frustrating surgery cause it took FOREVER to get me numb but he stayed the course and didn't give up. And I thank him for that cause I couldn't go another night without sleeping. He completed the extraction with a study hand and made me feel the most comfortable at all times. And when I was done, again, the awesome reception team made sure that I had everything I needed to heal and gave me a follow up phone call to see how I was doing days later! I'm a difficult patient - I have back problems, jaw problems, I'm hard to numb, and I'm really sensitive to any hint of roughness or unevenness on dental work. I got very lucky I came across this practice on a list of providers approved by my insurance. All of my visits have been positive. The doctor has the best bedside manners I've encountered. He always asks if I have any questions and he always is great at explaining what he is going to do and what pain or pressure I may experience during and after the work he does. Useless, you get harassed with text messages from this office only to find out one your appointment day that was made well in advance was booked over you. I booked myself and two children with this sh..ty office to find out there appointment was replaced with someone else. There secretary and business system is terrible, I will be taking my quality insurance and money some place else, perhaps when and where you can make an appointment and your set until the day. Awesome place. I am traveling, and I had an issue with my crown. It fell off. My local friends suggested to go to this place. Doctor adjusted the crown and placed it back. He was very attentive, efficient and I felt relaxed. All staff members were professionals and very welcoming. It's been a months since I was there, and everything feels good. I enjoyed my visit.
