Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, from the front desk staff to the restaurant team and the housekeeping staff. Every single person made us feel at home, and that level of hospitality really stood out. The complimentary breakfast was hands down one of the best Hilton breakfasts we've had in a long time! The made to order omelets were absolutely delicious. I wish I had gotten the chef's name so I could thank them personally. They did an amazing job. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn't working, but hopefully it'll be up and running the next time we're in town because we'd love to enjoy it. One of our favorite features was the beautiful open air atrium with the water feature. It was so peaceful, relaxing, and welcoming. It almost felt like being outdoors. Plus, loved the balcony. 10/10 recommend! We look forward to staying here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!

Unfortunately, it's another poorly managed franchise that does nothing but hurt the Hilton brand. Check-in took nearly 2 hours. My original room still wasn't ready at 5:00 PM, so I was moved to a different room. The moment I walked in, I was hit with a strong odor of dirty, moldy socks. The HVAC air filter looked like it hadn't been changed in ages. I was then moved to a second room, but only after waiting another hour while staff inspected it at my request to make sure it didn't have the same issues. Sadly, the second room was just as disappointing. While it didn't smell as bad, it had numerous maintenance issues and visible damage that made me question how it was ever cleared for a guest. The only positive part of this experience was the front desk staff. They were friendly, courteous, and genuinely tried to help. My frustration is directed at the ownership and management for allowing the property to deteriorate to this level. Hilton should hold franchise owners to a much higher standard.

Shot out to Ashley M for outstanding service!…read more We're usually used to staying at some of the larger Marriott brands, but we decided to stay here for one night (3/15/26-3/16/26) since we just needed a quick getaway close to home and it ended up being such a cute little hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really made our stay stand out was the service. Everyone we encountered was incredibly sweet and gracious, but ASHLEY M. truly went above and beyond. I had originally asked for a pool view but couldn't really see it from our room. Without hesitation, she said, "Give me a moment," and rearranged things to get us a room with a proper pool view. That alone was amazing, but then I realized I had left something behind in the previous room. Ashley immediately reassured me and had someone retrieve it and bring it right over. She handled everything with such kindness, a smile, and genuine care, it really made a difference. When we checked out, I believe the manager's name was Isaac (I didn't catch it for sure), and he was just as pleasant and professional. You could tell the way the place is run reflects strong, gracious leadership. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Clean, welcoming, and filled with kind people who truly care. Definitely two thumbs up!

I travel regularly for business and mostly stay with the Marriott brand. I have never experienced…read moreanything this terrible. This stay was far below expected standards in cleanliness & guest care. I would strongly advise against staying here. I endured an extended business stay at this property and from the start, the room was not properly cleaned -- food debris on the floors, a heavily soiled couch with crumbs throughout, and an unsanitary shower head that required replacement. Maintenance issues, including plumbing (foul smelling water) and power concerns, took days to resolve. Housekeeping was inconsistent and often unacceptable. On multiple occasions, floors were not cleaned, sheets were not changed, and visibly stained bedding was placed on the bed. Debris was left behind, including someone else's hair and trash, indicating the room was not properly serviced. Most concerning, I experienced insect activity and developed a significant bite during my stay that is still healing. A colleague on the same floor reported similar issues. This raises serious sanitation and health concerns. Despite multiple reports, concerns were dismissed or inadequately addressed at the management level. Rather than resolving the issues, responses were deflective and unprofessional. I ultimately had to escalate this matter to corporate to receive any acknowledgment. For a Marriott property, this is unacceptable and this establishment is unfit. I would never return to this property.

But I'd say it's not as bad as other areas of LA. I feel a moderate amount of safe. The rooms are kinda worn and could use attention but they are roomy and not as bad as I've experienced. . Every clerk I've encountered has been helpful and friendly. They do customer service right! A special shout out to HECTOR! He was always in a great mood and so helpful and kind. One (semi)complaint I do have is they advertise "light breakfast" and it's more like a light snack-just granola bars and coffee or tea. The coffee is pretty good tho and so are the granola bars. But I'd hardly call that breakfast. There's an AM/PM practically connected to the property, a Target within a block and a Sam's Club right across the street, along with other shopping and eating establishments within walking distance.

Big room, didn't quite reflect some of the pictures but I was just there to sleep. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Near lots of food and shopping businesses. Kind of noisy between the big gap under the door, the people parking and leaving and lots of cars racing on the street. They require a $200 deposit. If you use debit card it will take five to seven days to get back. If you use cash you get it back at checkout. Found hair in the bathtub and on several of the pillows along with a nice thing on the bottom sheet in the pelvic area of the bedding. No big deal cuz we brought our own comforters to sleep on and cover with. In the end it was decent enough to get there at 10:00 p.m. and go to sleep and be out by 9:00 a.m.

I came from San Francisco area to visit a friend that lives in the LA area. First time coming down here and I wish I looked at the reviews. I regret staying here for a few reasons. I didn't feel that safe. The bolt lock on the door has a crack that cuts in half. The bathroom door frame had the safety metal plate all wonky. And the toilet paper holder kept letting go of the paper. Which was annoying. There was no microwave; which was disappointed because I couldn't heat up my nachos! For such an empty motel (says hotel but isn't good enough to be recognized as one) the place is pretty strict. No pets, no visitors, no noise, no refunds if you get kicked out (these were the rules that caught my eye). The rules might as well suck out the fun and enjoyment of everything. I was pretty bummed when i brought my friend over and the management was quick to respond. Told us he has to leave right now. What sucked was that it was his birthday and we just wanted to eat some snacks and watch some movies. Catch up and enjoy a chill night. I'm not sure if because of Covid the motel was so strict, but could they have at least given me a microwave? Or some decent soap to wash my hands. The bar of soap they throw on to the sink counter was so rough and didn't create and suds. I help the soap under water and it still didn't make suds or even clean. Feels like washing your hands with cardboard. But at least cardboard deteriorates unlike the soap they provide. The shower dispenser works. Shampoo or shower gel....... thankfully I brought my own shower supplies. Worried that the shampoo will leave a chemical burn. The room had a working bed. Working tv. Working shower and sink. So because of the basic necessities I give this place a 2. Defiantly stay her if you find a room on sale or discounted because it's not worth the regular price. I've stayed at better best western hotels and I'm sure there are better options out there. 2/10 would not come back and would not recommend.

Will definitely look at staying here again.

Otherwise, there are better options all over the Southland including other Hampton Inns. My review is coming from the perspective of a Hilton Honors Lifetime Diamond member. I stay in plenty of Hampton Inns around the US and even some around the globe. I recognize that it is in the budget arm of the Hilton brand portfolio and when I stay at a Hampton Inn, I am not expecting high-end, luxury amenities, personal services, or public spaces with artwork. I am looking for a reasonable price for the area market, a safe and clean stay, and casual but professional staff interactions. The 2 features I like about this hotel are the free self-parking and the overall cost for the local market. Almost all other hotels in and around this area (within 10 miles of LAX) charge some parking fee which this property does not. Also, the room price was not dirt cheap but was among the lowest of the other area hotels of similar comfort levels. While it is hard to not like that, I came away from my first stay here with an understanding that you get what you pay for. It is in an odd location, just off of the freeway and jammed into some open ground abutting 60 mph traffic. Just be aware that it is not really sound-proofed so freeway noise is going to be present. Also, the desk staff seems to have been called up from the bush-league. Like most hotels, guaranteed check in is at 3p. I happened to arrive early at 1:30p to an empty parking lot and a quiet lobby and thought the likelihood of me getting into a room early might be high. The desk agent did not look up at me standing at his desk until I intentionally made some noise and then instead of greeting me like a guest, he asked what I wanted as if I was interrupting him. I told him my name on the reservation and asked if I might check in early. He told me no immediately without even checking if there were rooms available. I have done this enough to know that it is sometimes helpful for the front desk to check to see if there were rooms available early and so I asked if he would check and he told me he knew that there were none. When I asked if he knew if any would be available early, he told there would not be any available until 3p and that they would text me if something opened up. I left a little annoyed because I felt like I had been blown off and I started driving away to look for somewhere to grab a late lunch. I received a text 8 min later that a room was now ready. When I got back to the hotel to ask about it, he acted like he had no idea who I was as he was checking me in. I thought it was odd when I had to ask if I could have a bottle of water which is a benefit I get for being a Diamond member. He gave me one but would not have had I not asked and I never received any acknowledgement of loyalty. I never really expect that anyway but I find it nice when a hotel staff will welcome me as a guest based on that. It just shows that they spent some time paying attention to caring about their customer base. The hotel was clean but clearly old and in need of a refresh. There is a lot of chipped paint in the public spaces. In the end, I got a bed, a parking space, did not get robbed, and did not see bed bugs. But I also got zero in terms of polite and professional service, no loyalty recognition, and no warm and fuzzy endearment to want to stay here again.
