She didn't even let us know that the kitchen was backed up. We had to ask the hostess to look for her as it had been 45 minutes after ordering and we had no sign of her. She was outside texting. She then came by and said it's a holiday weekend it's going to be busy and then walked away. Our food was delish and we really liked what we ordered but by the time we got it we had been at the restaurant for at least an hour after ordering. I had the breakfast sandwich that was basically like a bacon and and cheese with tomato on a sandwich with cheesy grits on the side. We waved her down to close out and left right after we finished eating. Server was not friendly or attentive.

Sandy Bottom Bagels.. hands-down one of the best places to eat on earth. You're probably thinking, "what's so special about a bagel?" Well first off, they are made fresh daily. Fresh bread is good, but fresh bagels are excellent. The flavor packed into the bagels, even eating plain is incredible. Seriously drooling thinking about it right now. Now for the sandwiches and sides: I know that any time I try something new, I won't be disappointed. I've had breakfast and lunch there and am always so impressed. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. Take it to the next level by ordering soup with a sandwich and dipping. If I could go every day, I would. If you haven't visited yet, GO!!!
