    Nicole S.

Went to the dealership the AM to look at a 2024 GMC sierra SLT w/ premium package. I pull up to the dealership and walk in to find a sales rep as no one was close by waiting to greet consumers. I come across what seems to be a middle aged possibly middle eastern man (had a very thick accent) who goes and gets keys to show my husband and I. The truck was nice, but priced a little on the high side for year and mileage, but we were still interested. I informed the sales rep that the GMC dealership right on the other side of the road had 3 other trucks we were interested in and wanted to know if we could test drive it over there and look at everything side by side. The sales person then started to yell at me about how disrespectful I was and how he would never make that happen. We told him we would be going over to the GMC dealership to look at the other trucks that we were interested it. As we were getting ready to leave and we were buckling the baby in his car seat, sales rep comes out shouting "it's not good business, and you're a very disrespectful person!" We drove over to Step One Buick, GMC right down the road and were greeted with the most kind and wonderful sales man Bradley. We were able to look at the models we liked, while also being able to compare side by side to other models. At the end of the appt we decided to buy a BRAND NEW 2025 sierra 2500 w/ premium package. Moral of the story, if the original truck was the deal of a lifetime, one that would have never been matched I still would have never purchased from the. They are rude and terribly off putting. BUT I can 100% say step One Buick, GMC is the way to go!!! Look from Bradley and let him know Nicole's review sent you!

When I told the Manager the price was wrong and gave him a Kelly Blue Book print out, he called me a liar. Needless to say, the folks at CarMax Milwaukee convinced me to not do business with them. Fast forward to now at CarMax Pensacola. I was reluctant but my wife insisted we go to look at their selection of different SUVs. My mother-in-law sold them her Toyota that I hated because it was too small for me. Very few of the SUVs fit; I kept having to duck to get in and I am only 5'11". Wife decided she wanted the Lexus and paid to have it shipped to Pensacola. Took weeks but the Lexus finally showed up. First look was something is wrong with the paint. The car had been severely damaged but Nashville did not disclose that information. CarMax Pensacola refunded our money to ship the car. We had almost given up when I asked about a BMW (locked) on the lot. We loved it; paid cash and took it home. BTW-our salesperson was kinda of a schlub but did OK. Fast forward a couple of weeks and we finally go the car on the freeway. Something is wrong. Back to CarMax Pensacola; referred to the local BMW dealer, which I hate. SUV needs front end alignment and to our surprise, CarMax Pensacola picked up the $490 tab. Yes, we had a good rep at CarMax and their recommended person at BMW was a gem.

The vehicle I looked at was exactly as described -- clean, well‑maintained, and priced fairly. It's refreshing to work with a dealership that values honesty and customer service as much as Frontier Motors does. If you're looking for a reliable used vehicle and want to work with people who treat you with respect, I highly recommend Frontier Motors. I'd absolutely purchase from them again. So, we put a lot of trust in Ron to help us pick the right vehicle. We were particularly concerned with whether the car sustained any mechanical damage from the front and fender bender that it was in. He repeatedly reassured us that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the engine and that it was merely bodywork. Hundreds of miles and dollars later, we arrived at frontier motors and within the first few minutes of our test drive found paperwork showing that the car had had the transmission replaced, and that mechanical damage was sustained during the accident. When we confronted Ron about this, he threw a childish tantrum. We talked to the manager, and he was unwilling to admit his wrong or to make it right for tricking us into traveling hundreds of miles for a dud car. These people are scammers even though they pretend that they are good business people. Don't trust them.

Here's an updated version: This was, without question, the worst BMW dealership service experience I've had, and I've owned BMWs in five different states. I scheduled my appointment more than a week in advance and arrived before the service department even opened for my 10:00 a.m. appointment. Despite already providing detailed information about my vehicle's issues when I booked, it still took about 30 minutes just to drop off my car. I left expecting that, at a minimum, my scheduled oil change and diagnostic for my door issue would be completed on the day of my appointment. My service advisor acknowledged they were busy and asked if I would be okay leaving the car through the following day if repairs took longer. I agreed because I was led to believe the work could reasonably be completed by then. I also asked to receive updates throughout the day and an estimate after the diagnostic. By 2:00 p.m., I hadn't heard anything, so I called and was told my car hadn't even been looked at. I checked again around 4:00 p.m. and was informed that my vehicle would not be seen at all that day. I was then told that if parts needed to be ordered after the diagnostic, they would likely need to keep my car through the weekend while waiting for them to arrive. This was especially frustrating because I had already described the issue when I made the appointment. If the dealership was that backed up, they should have communicated that before accepting my appointment or at least when I dropped the car off. Instead, I lost an entire day only to learn that no work had been performed. I live about 30 minutes away, work full-time, and planned my schedule around this appointment. Better communication would have made all the difference. My vehicle was finally ready around 2:30 p.m. the following day. The oil change and brake fluid service were completed, but I chose not to proceed with the diagnostic. After being told the necessary parts likely wouldn't arrive until the following Tuesday, I had an upcoming road trip that weekend and needed my car back. I also didn't want to pay for a diagnostic only to have the vehicle reassembled, return later, and potentially pay additional labor to access the same area again for the repair. I had also requested a courtesy vehicle when scheduling my appointment but was told I didn't qualify. Considering my vehicle ended up staying overnight and could have been held through the weekend, that was disappointing. If I'm paying dealership service prices, I expect the level of convenience and customer service that typically comes with them. What disappointed me most wasn't that the dealership was busy--it was the lack of proactive communication and realistic expectations. Rather than being upfront about delays, I had to repeatedly contact the dealership for updates, only to learn hours later that my vehicle hadn't been touched. The inability to complete even a scheduled oil change on the day of a pre-booked appointment is frustrating, but the communication throughout the process made the experience even worse. I chose Sandy Sansing BMW expecting the premium service experience associated with the BMW brand. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of those expectations.
