Went to the dealership the AM to look at a 2024 GMC sierra SLT w/ premium package. I pull up to the dealership and walk in to find a sales rep as no one was close by waiting to greet consumers. I come across what seems to be a middle aged possibly middle eastern man (had a very thick accent) who goes and gets keys to show my husband and I. The truck was nice, but priced a little on the high side for year and mileage, but we were still interested. I informed the sales rep that the GMC dealership right on the other side of the road had 3 other trucks we were interested in and wanted to know if we could test drive it over there and look at everything side by side. The sales person then started to yell at me about how disrespectful I was and how he would never make that happen. We told him we would be going over to the GMC dealership to look at the other trucks that we were interested it. As we were getting ready to leave and we were buckling the baby in his car seat, sales rep comes out shouting "it's not good business, and you're a very disrespectful person!" We drove over to Step One Buick, GMC right down the road and were greeted with the most kind and wonderful sales man Bradley. We were able to look at the models we liked, while also being able to compare side by side to other models. At the end of the appt we decided to buy a BRAND NEW 2025 sierra 2500 w/ premium package. Moral of the story, if the original truck was the deal of a lifetime, one that would have never been matched I still would have never purchased from the. They are rude and terribly off putting. BUT I can 100% say step One Buick, GMC is the way to go!!! Look from Bradley and let him know Nicole's review sent you!

I came in politely asking for help with a car part, and instead of assisting me, the employee just yelled "aisle 5." When I asked for clarification, he repeated the same thing without any effort to help. I specifically asked if they could look up my vehicle to ensure I was buying the correct part, and he flatly said, "Nope, we can't." I tried to figure it out on my own, but there were so many parts it was overwhelming. When I asked another employee, he behaved the same way rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. When I pointed out that AutoZone's own website asks for make and model, they shrugged and said, "We just don't." What was even more frustrating is that while I was struggling, I noticed them being attentive and helpful to other customers but not me. It felt like the difference in treatment came down to a complexion, which was deeply upsetting. I left and went to O'Reilly's on 9th Avenue instead, where the employees immediately looked up my vehicle, helped me find the right part, and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed.Please avoid the AutoZone on 9th Avenue. The staff here were rude, lazy, dismissive, and they clearly pick and choose who they want to help.

Their lobby is sparkling clean and neat. They must wax that floor weekly. It's not a traditional…read moreauto accessory store due to its cleanliness. Their waiting room was spotless. I've dealt with them twice. Once to get running boards on my mom's Jeep Grand Cherokee and once to get steps on my Jeep Wrangler. Both times, the personnel were quick and efficient at installing the parts. I'm very impressed with the staff. I plan on doing more business with them as I accessorize my Jeep.

Do not take your truck here,they were suppose to put a new chrome bug guard on my truck went to…read morepick it up it was a brown bug guard,The manager said he would order a chrome one because they sent him the wrong one,went back to pick it up and the old man that put it on put in on crooked,laped over on one side ,he said he measured it also scratched my truck,Keegan the manager told my husband he would refund him so took it to Pere Moore and they put a Lund back on(mike Ryan's ordered me a husky said Lund was out of business which they are not) husband went by with the bug guard they put on to return it and get his refund Keegan was not there but the old man which has an attitude problem was there and told my husband they would mail him a check(but we originally paid cash) my husband told him when he got his refund he would bring the husky bug guard to them,also not only did they scratch my truck I also drove 80 miles round trip for them to do the work.We have always dealt with the original Mike Ryan owners and always received exceptional service,these are new owners that obviously do not care about the customer,will never take our trucks back to them nor any of our company trucks,our friends will also start taking their trucks else where,they need to fire the rude old man that works there also.MIKE RYANS DO BETTER
