Shout out to Cassie, Rosie and Joey with Valet who remembered Bailey's name immediately. We were offered champagne at check in and given a nice map of the grounds. The resort itself is a little on the older side but all the amenities are still well kept. With my IHG status, we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and some sweets. The room was clean and had a huge dining room and kitchen area. It had all the essentials for a homey and comfortable stay. We loved that there were dog treats and little gift pouches in the reception area. The pool area is big and had pleasant lounge chairs. The gym is missing a trendmill, there are bikes for cardio but not great options. The restaurant we had breakfast at was pretty good. The chicken and waffles was amazing and the bagel sandwich was delicious.

Roberts is the worst property manager I have ever encountered as well as a LIAR. This is the worst bisiness I have encountered in 60 years! The plumbing backed up day one and for two days toxic sewage flooded the house. Twice plumbers came out. They offered a small compensation and then 18 months latr we were still trying to collect!!! After finally reaching the house manager, I requested a check since the credit card had been cancelled in the interim. Instead despite explicit instructions to which Robert responded, he sended it to the defunct card. Now I am still fighting to get the money!!! The suite had a living room with Netflix, Amazon Prime and drawer full of movies. Full kitchen and patio outside. The bed was king size with beautiful soft and hard pillows. The bathroom had a whirlpool tub and glass enclosure shower. Only thing wish it had grab bars in shower and whirlpool pool tub. The pool was a few steps away surrounded by palm trees and the lobby in the main building and had snacks for free. Cold soda and water, pretzels, chips and candy jar all free. The breakfast was superb with spinach and cheese quiche. Fresh fruit; kiwi, tangerines and apples. Coffee and Tea and yogurt, chocolate muffins, English muffins and choice of juice. I went around the corner and a man snapped at me uts all been relayed you just didn't read it.... Was baffled by not seeing the text abd the nan's curt reply im a senior citizen who us technically deaf even with hearing aids, my vision is not perfect and have significant balance issues. This was both embarrassing and hurt my feelings. Totally unnecessary. 2. Suite is delightful, clean, plenty of light and eclectic atmosphere that is truly charming. Excellent. 3. The pool is clean and attractive and regularly cleaned by a professional. There are assigned chairs, which supposedly in the text, which I still have not located... my mistake. The sane curt man told me in an unpleasant tone if I had read the instructions this would not occur, both of our mistakes. He pointed out wthere was a sign outlining at private area, i never saw it, im vision impaired. Bith of our errors but primarily the man... did not tell me until Iimvaded a private space. Niw its a nasty tone. Should have told yoolitely the first time. Im not an intentionally space invader lady. There is no reason to be RUDE.. I caused an innocent mistake invading a private area. Either mentiot it the first time, no reason to be a grouch because I accidentally made a mistake. Thats on him. I'm staying in a charming facility, im a native local, single old lady not nirmal demographic to stay alone during the week... I told him it was related to a cancer situation. Mow a gift if grace is appropriate. Im obviously not there to be a loud osrty monster. Thats on both of us, more him because he was told clearly the situation, illness, deaf, visually impaired. I did NOT mention my balance issues. Thus am important situation yet to occur. The Mango has a guant bathtub that is fabulous so i tool advantage if this the first time i bath tub /showered. This issue is on me the tub is so great you can almost swim in ut. Its also pristine clean i never use a tub as hospitality place have gross tubs. Yes I'm a grrmsphobe the entire suite is super clean germaphobe. Major plus for this charming B&B. Now I am checking out early, they have a generous check out tine of 11, turnaround of this clean of a room is very impressive thry must have a high guest to employee ratio. Major positive for them. The suite has a beautiful shower and again its impressively clean the geavy glasydoors have NO water spots. I've never showered on beautiful rock floor. Big mistake on my part. Thisr ricks sre very slippery and I fell, abd they share resothere aren't the handicap bars... huge iversuon the owner ir their plumber. This us on them and i dud get hurt because I slipped, nothing life threatening just bloid minor and bruised right hip. They happily gave me ice as i devoured the delicious mushrooms pie. But not my style. Im havr traveled all if the world and never experienced such an attitude by anyone. My mistake was not calling management.... I would never go to a hotel and oay miney, by the way its very reasonable price and an excellent return for the quality, Its amazing his one person's attune colors my opinion . My experience at Crane's Beach House Boutique Hotel & Luxury Villas was one of the most…read moreinhospitable & poorly managed hotel experiences I have ever had. Before arrival, I was never informed that my room would be located on the second floor with stair-only access & no elevator assistance. Traveling with a service animal while displaced due to active home renovations, repeatedly carrying luggage up and down steep stairs alone was physically exhausting. Accessibility limitations should be disclosed upfront. Despite displaying a clearly visible "Do Not Disturb" sign, housekeeping disturbed &/or attempted to enter my room at approximately 9:00AM on multiple occasions. Being repeatedly awakened after specifically requesting privacy is unacceptable, especially for a property marketing itself as boutique luxury. The most concerning part of my stay was the treatment I received from the front desk employee, Ryan. Nearly every interaction felt hostile, combative, & entirely lacking in professionalism or hospitality. After initially booking one night, I extended my stay due to delays with my home renovations. Immediately after booking, I received a phone call aggressively informing me that I still had to check out at noon & could not check back in until 4:00PM. This occurred multiple times throughout my stay despite online inventory consistently showing available rooms of the SAME ROOM TYPE the night before & during the day I rebooked. There appeared to be no legitimate operational reason to repeatedly force a paying guest to vacate for hours while managing luggage, stairs, & a service animal. The repeated forced check-outs & room changes felt unnecessarily rigid & punitive. At one point I genuinely felt less like a guest & more like they were doing me a favor. I normally don't pay to stay somewhere that feels like a prison. The handling of my service animal was equally inappropriate. During one of the early morning housekeeping disturbances, my service dog barked after being startled awake. Within approximately 30 seconds, I received a phone call demanding that I "register my dog." I explained that it was a service animal, which I had already disclosed during check-in. Instead of acknowledging that, I was interrupted and asked, "You mean an emotional support animal?" I again clarified that it was a service animal. The interaction felt dismissive, uninformed, and inappropriate given the hospitality industry's basic obligations regarding service animals. On my final reservation, housekeeping again attempted to enter my room around 9:00AM despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign remaining posted. When I addressed it with the office, I was falsely told that I had supposedly informed staff I would be checking out at 6:00 AM. What I had actually explained was that I preferred a first-floor room because repeatedly carrying luggage down stairs alone at 6:00AM was difficult. Cleanliness was also a major issue. I stayed in three different rooms, and every room had visibly dirty floors. My socks became dirty simply from walking around the rooms. More concerning, the AC vents appeared covered with black buildup and heavy dust, raising serious concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, & indoor air quality. Regretfully, I gave the property another chance & booked an additional two-night reservation because my roof renovation was still unfinished. Almost immediately after booking, I received another disruptive phone call informing me I would again have to fully check out, change rooms, and wait until 4:00 PM to re-check in. After days of repeated disruptions, room changes, & hostile interactions, I requested that the reservation be canceled. I was initially told "no." Only after escalating my frustration vocally did staff suddenly agree to contact Expedia & process the refund. What makes the experience more disappointing is that the gentleman who originally checked me in was genuinely pleasant & professional along with the housekeeping manager. Unfortunately, every interaction afterward became increasingly adversarial. This property failed in accessibility transparency, privacy, professionalism, cleanliness, flexibility, and customer service. The repeated room transfer demands, mishandling of a service animal situation, visibly dirty conditions, apparent mold buildup around vents, & hostile front desk interactions made the entire stay exhausting & stressful. This establishment does not deserve the title of "boutique luxury." I strongly caution travelers, especially those with accessibility needs, respiratory sensitivities, or service animals, to stay elsewhere. HOTEL'S RESPONSE TAKES NO ACCOUNTABILITY, DISREGARDS THE REAL ISSUES & MAKES EXCUSES.
