cute little fountain with seating around, picnic area and relaxing outside

Jeff and Randy were amazing!! Breakfast was also very much perfect. Private area with pool and space to relax, but also feel at home. Like all places, some touch ups will add a little more sparkle. However, it has the perfect charm for the area and keeping the culture.

What a lovely bed and breakfast located in the downtown area of Lake Worth. My husband and I decided to stay here for our anniversary and we are so glad we did. The hospitality, accommodations, and food were wonderful. It's in a quiet area while the restaurants as well as shops are within walking distance of the inn and it's believed to be one of the oldest houses in Lake Worth built in 1915. Brenda the innkeeper did a phenomenal job with welcoming us and showing us around the inn as well as our suite. She explained everything and she gave us her contact information in case we needed her during our stay. There are eleven rooms on the property for guests to choose from and a full breakfast is available to enjoy on the veranda overlooking the pretty pool each morning. When we checked in, we were able to help ourselves to some wine and a snack mix consisting of pretzels and mixed candies. We stayed in the Mango Suite and it was very nice. It resided in the Little House portion of the inn. It has a bedroom with a king bed, bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower, and a kitchenette along with a living room. We even had our own patio from the suite too. It was so charming and I'm glad we were able to stay here for a short time. The breakfast was simply the bomb. There was several different options and we had a sausage frittata for our entree. The fruit, pastries, breads, granola, yogurt, coffee, and juices were delicious too. We were able to meet some guests that were from out of town visiting the area while being outside on the veranda eating our breakfast. Brenda did an awesome job with preparing everything and cleaning up afterwards. The only thing that we did noticed was that the Wifi wasn't connecting to the internet. The router was reset and it still didn't resolve the problem. It wasn't a big deal to us, but it may be for some if they are on a business trip. Besides that, we loved every minute of our stay and we definitely would recommend the hidden gem! The professionalism as well as the cozy atmosphere did not go unnoticed and we couldn't have asked for anything more.

What can you say about Perfection…read more We just stayed at Grandview Gardens in West Palm Beach Bed and Breakfast for 1 night. The Bed and Breakfast is a 1926 masterpiece. It was built for the workers of the Breakers Hotel. The Bed and Breakfast will be 100 years old next year. Rebecca and Maggie are Managers and co managers of the Bed and Breakfast. Overly nice and helpful. There are 11 rooms; 2 private cottages and 3 bedrooms/ 2 bath apartment and many rooms with either a king size poster bed or 2 queen beds. There is a continental breakfast; Pastries, Nonnis( Chocolate) delicious. Coffee, Tea, ice cold water. They give you 2 complimentary Pellegrini bottles of water. Our room was a king size poster bed with a sitting area, double sinks, private bathroom, tub/shower. Many toiletries; shampoo, soap, cream. A TV, microwave, refrigerator. The bed was amazingly comfortable with big fluffy pillows and extremely comfortable comforter. Ceiling fan. Private patio outside with a shower. Big beautiful French doors that open up to the heated pool only steps away from the room. They even have an iron and board and hair dryer. If you forgot your bug stray or sun screen it is provided free. They are right across from the Art Armory that happened to have a show outdoors this weekend. Free street parking. They have 3 lounge chairs by the pool with cushions and towels by the pool. Outside the room is a table with chairs. Every comfort from home. Every room looks onto the pool. Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful palm trees surround the property creating a surreal atmosphere and a beautiful Bed and Breakfast. Please come to Grandview Gardens Bed and Breakfast. We will be coming back soon.

The carpet in the hallways on our floor seemed to have a lingering smell. The elevators also appeared to need a touch up. The pool was relaxing. Private beach access was quiet and enjoyable. First of all I feel terrible that I neglected to review this earlier!!!…read more We were on a little tour up the East Coast of Florida and Casa Grandview was one of the main reasons we decided to stop a West Palm Beach. We had looked online many many times but simply could not choose which room type we wanted as they were all so different. After deciding to just wing it and go see them in person, Cheryl and her staff (and our adorable little furry guard dog Lucy by her side!) could not have been more helpful in giving us a tour and showing us everything we wanted to see and more! We looked at the Bungalows, the little places across the street, the upstairs apartments and finally decided on the Guest House as we loved the big open space with high ceiling and stone floor. Fridge was stacked, coffee at the ready. It was just beautiful! The grounds were great, the pool was a little oasis in the middle of the beautiful gardens, everything designed differently but it all just works! Walking distance to shops and main area with restaurants, cinema etc... I would not hesitate in returning to stay either in the same room or one of the other amazing offerings, and would recommend to anyone. There really is something to suit everyone's needs and more. Thanks so much and apologies again for the tardy review!!!

We grabbed a last minute room in West Palm Beach to stay one night while we went to a local event. I was happy we got the last room available at Biba. I had heard good things and looked forward to it. When we checked in, a really nice guy set us up. He explained all well and told us we had the room upstairs. Biba has exterior rooms and they have rooms in the main house. Ours was the latter. It was a quaint room, and that was a good thing. It was a studio so it came with a extra couch too. All were nice. It wasn't fancy or anything, but I didn't expect that for what we were paying. The room overall was solid. Breakfast the next morning, which was included wasn't anything to brag about. Juice, coffee and breads. For someone hoping for eggs or any other protein I was a little let down. But again for the cost of the hotel, I didn't expect a big spread. I know there are other spots to stay in WPB that would be nicer, but I'm sure the next time there's a mini stay-cation Biba will be one of the places I will consider to stay at.

When I asked about the hotel bar, the desk clerk lied and said it was under construction. She also lied and said there was a bar across the street. We made other arrangements and then she told Expedia tthat we had stayed there one night. I had to get them the receipt from where we REALLY stayed to get her to process a refund. If this looks like a quaint boutique, don't be fooled. It's a dive.

Still more bugs so I called and said please just move me rooms so I moved to 430 and I just sat down to eat my dinner and look down at huge roach it laid its babies in front of me I could not finish my dinner I was crying on the phone with my husband.
