Very clean and modern hotel. Nice area with lots of shopping and restaurants. Open parking, well lit. Stayed in the two bedroom suite. Lots of room, liked the kitchen area with fridge, stove and microwave. Very clean and plenty of seating for breakfast area - breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful. I stayed here for about ten months on/off for business. My group really enjoyed this hotel. Staff is great, amenities are nice (pool, breakfast, parking, laundry, guest storage, helpful housekeeping, and our favorite - the local hotel shuttle). I loved the ability to walk to Dunkin' Donuts or one of the other nearby food spots for a quick bite. About 15 minutes from the beach, 10 or less to downtown Vero, and 10 minutes to i95. It's a great location. Only issue was the gym getting too warm when it was rainy and the system flooded. But staff was always helpful in trying to fix this. read more

A little bummed out that the pool was down during our stay (ok seriously really bummed out) but the location was super, the staff was so friendly and helpful and seriously the free breakfast....omg yum!! Having a room With a sitting area, desk and kitchen with a full sized fridge was fabulous! Housekeeping was respectful, helpful and immaculate! They'd have five star if it wasn't for the pool bring down for resurfacing and our not being notified of this-what a serious bummer! read more

We stayed here for two nights. First, I must commend the staff. The staff member working the front desk was very welcoming at checkin and each time we walked in. The breakfast staff, especially the gentleman working each day, was so friendly and conscientious. He made sure the food area was clean and well-stocked. The breakfast each day was delicious. Very fresh with many different options. Best breakfast buffet I've had at a hotel and I travel frequently. The room (2 bedroom) was very clean and quiet. Kudos to this hotel staff for a great job. This hotel was very clean and accommodating. We had to stay here for very unfortunate circumstances as we were in town for my father's funeral. Obviously I was distraught. We had two young kids (a 1 year old and 3 year old). They had a free crib but more than that they allowed us a VERY late check out (2:30pm) since that's when my father's service began. It allowed my two young kids to take their naps (around 12:30p) and we were able to have one less thing to stress about in an already devastating situation. I will forever be grateful to the kindness of this staff and hotel. read more

Recently stayed there for a family member wedding. Let me tell you the Staff was beyond superb! They greeted me and my wife and dog as if they knew us for years. They have dog treats in the front and met my dog and welcomed him. Such a nice gesture. Every staff member was very pleasant especially the ladies that worked the breakfast on Saturday 2/17/24. The room was much more then what we expected. large refrigerator, 2 burners a microwave and full set of plates and pans. The beds were very comfy and the room was spotless! The area has a lot of places to eat and to shop at. There is a Wal Mart and Sam's club literally less than 5 minutes away and an Applebee's and a spot called Bambuu which was exceptional. Overall this was a very great stay for us. When we come back to Vero Beach this will be our go to spot. read more

This was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences ever! Easy check-in, great accommodations, super clean rooms, great facilities and pool, and most importantly... FOOD AND DRINKS were phenomenal!! Claudia and Mrs.P made the best continental breakfast I have ever had from a hotel, super hospitable and highly recommend chatting with them! We stated in a suite which has FULL size fridge, complete built in kitchen with mounted microwave and stove. The beds were comfortable and CLEAN even including labeled soft and firm pillows. Fantastic hotel!!! We stayed here recently for 3 days while we had our house worked on. It is a pet friendly hotel so we' were able to bring our 2 cats for a reasonable fee. The hotel is clean, quiet, new, safe. Great ample parking. There was a nice happy hour and a great hot breakfast . There is outside seating with fire pits. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. read more

Our stay in the Vero Beach Staybridge Suites couldn't have been better. We had a beautiful suite with every appliance and amenity you could possibly need. The staff was excellent at every level, from Samantha, who arranged an early check-in so we could get to our event, and Jenn, who was so pleasant at arrival and gave us the room upgrade. Also, the entire kitchen staff prepared a fabulous (included) breakfast buffet that had far more selections than one could reasonably expect. Kudos to Patricia, Claudia, and Arthur for sending us on the road with full and happy tummies! We also enjoyed a relaxing evening in the outdoor, poolside lounge area, where there was plenty of comfortable seating and multiple firepits for warmth and ambiance. Only recently discovered Staybridge suites when in Gainesville Florida. Vero Beach is my second in the chain. I can tell you this is a superb location. Staff is very friendly, available 24 hours a day. The hotel is immaculately clean at all times. Plus it has a 24 hour gym, and a 24 hour laundromat both which are complementary. Originally booked a five day stay, however that stretched to 15 days. Highly recommend. read more

There are some friendly workers, and the hotel is fairly new, clean and spacious. However, they were not very accommodating when we asked to clean up around 3:30pm (we had already checked out) after our son's two final baseball games at Jackie Robinson complex. The manager, Sherman, just said they could not help us as they were sold out. At the very least, I feel they could have offered some washrags, towels, or toiletries as we cleaned up in the bathroom. Also, the city and/or local business owners should offer some services and/or do something about the local homeless, who stay in a wooded camp behind the hotel. Overall, we stayed here last year, and I felt they were much more accommodating. read more

I arrived a little after 3p with check in starting at 3p. Was told room wasn't quite ready. Looking around, lobby is full of other guests still waiting on their rooms. Slowly, everyone gets rooms however, sitting there watching, one group was given cards to a room already occupied. Another group was given cards to a dirty room. Now, I'm in town for a wedding. There was a dinner AT the hotel for wedding guests. The supervisor on had no idea of any dinner suppose to occur. 2 HOURS later, I still don't have a room. I had to use the grooms suite to shower and get ready. Another 2 HOURS later, the bride and groom are upset bc i still don't have a room and another wedding guest. I was finally given a room at 9PM. 6 hours..... they would not give us a discount of any kind. Only offered us a couple of beers or snacks. Sad. If it wasn't for that and lack of care/customer service from the front desk that night, I would give 5/5 stars. Room was great. The ancillary staff were amazing and more concerned about my situation that management. read more

The only reason I gave this a 3 star was the assistant manager, Nick, went out of his way to accommodate us. That being said, when we got to our room, the fridge had food in it from the last guest and the pillowcases had make up on them because they weren't changed. Gross. Now, they put the sticker saying it has been sanitized. Will not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone. read more

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in a while. Laundry is no charge, hot breakfast, social dinner monday-wednesday, pretty clean rooms, nighttime security, amazing staff. The rooms are pretty clean, dusting is lacking in certain areas such as doors. The breakfast includes items such as yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, breads, fruit, very light juice. There is a small gym, pool and bbq area available. I would return to this location again, it felt like home. read more

I would like to share my experience as a travel nurse about my 45 day stay at Staybridge Suites. The staff was amazing what ever I needed and any questions are concerns I had they would attend to it in a speedy matter, that was worth the stay alone. The hotel was very clean the breakfast was amazing every morning something different. The bed and it's comfort was just lovely I was very please to be able to sleep so comfortably considering I need a good night sleep because I have to rise so early in the morning and Staybridge provided an awesome night sleep. Social hour was very nice and inviting. A wonderful place to stay and I've been all over the US and never wrote an review but with the Great experience I had at Staybridge and with the awesome staff I had to give it a 5 Star rating. I would like to give a special thanks to Carry the receptionist for helping me with any and all my questions and a very special thanks to Sherman the assistance GM for being so kind to me and my husband during our stay!!! He was awesome and caring and serves the Best Wine during Social Hour. If you visit once you will visit again if you're in the Vero Beach area. From a superficial perspective, this is your standard quasi-budget chain hotel - lots of beige, innocuous pleasant decor that is generally inoffensive, but certainly not very stylish. BUT...stay with me here...other than the Ritz on Central Park South in NYC, I've never stayed in a better run hotel. The staff is AMAZING. Every single person I encountered was friendly, professional, kind, responsive and helpful. Housekeeping is spot on - the rooms and bathrooms are really clean, and again, the housekeepers were kind and responsive. The FREE breakfast, while not gourmet, was well prepared with a variety of standard hot and cold breakfast options. The dining area is meticulously maintained. In fact, every public area is spotless. There are also lots of free, thoughtful amenities - laundry facilities (again, super clean and in perfect working order), a little cocktail hour in the evenings, a clean, perfectly acceptable pool and fitness room with plentiful towels, even an area outside with two grills and a fire pit. The rooms have everything you need for basic cooking and dining (which I did not use), microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blowdryer, even plentiful and normal hangers - not those ones that are designed to keep people from stealing them that you find at cheap hotels - and even higher end shampoo, etc. Again, everything was in perfect, working condition Of note, the beds are very comfortable and the linens and pillows are quite nice - NOT the gross "shiny bedspreads" you find in mid-tier to low end hotels. Super impressed with this hotel and recommend without hesitation. read more

While the hotel was clean and new,and my room was very well taken care of. There were a few employes who just made me feel uncomfortable. One maid they referred to as Shea Shea constantly had a nasty look on her face and seemed annoyed with my questions. Another girl although I can't recall her name but did have a bruised eye was extremely polite and respectful . Other than that I'm happy to report that the stay was a good overall experience.
