3 sour samples and the lemon berry glass
    Meredith A.

A friend suggested we come here the other day and it did not disappoint. It was a quiet holiday weekend Saturday so plenty of seating indoors and out. The beertender, Tucker, was beyond friendly. Chatted me up immediately and was happy to let me taste a few beers before selecting. I was super pleased they had 3 different sours on tap (better than the usual 1 or none) as I'm only a sour person. I did order the wrong one twice lol (I kept thinking the purpleish one was a different flavor, whoops) but it was still decent. They had a passionfruit (the one I meant to order), lemon berry, and earl grey. Ambience was nice and clean. They also serve food and my friend grabbed a burger while we were there. Bonus: the bathrooms are all single stall all-gender and have FULL DOORS! No gaps! We love a no gap stall! Definitely enjoyed my visit here (the brewery, not just the bathroom) and plan to come back with others too.

Our visit to C-Burger was initially prompted by their well reviewed hamburgers (plus bacon which is my son's request) , and it did not disappoint. Both my son and I indulged in these uniquely flat burgers accompanied by perfect fries. The crispy edges of the burger were a revelation, and I can't wait to double up on it next time. To my surprise C-burger sits inside Sanitas brewing .... -i was so happy! , I had the pleasure of trying their sour flight, featuring Passion, Cranberry, Lemon Berry, and a Barrel aged Deluge. These beers were not only on par with the delicious burgers but even surpassed them in taste. Burgers paired with an extensive selection ranging from hazy IPAs to aged barrels and stouts, there's something for everyone. A new favorite for the area

I like the idea of sharing the workspace between the brewery, a coffee place and an independent burger joint. The food was OK not a big fan of the burger joint did not try the coffee place but the brewery was decent definitely worth stopping by if you're on this side of town. Staff was very friendly.

Kolsch to the left and Cherry Saison to the right! Cheers

Great beer and service. My only complaint is that they don't have any TVs. Would have stayed a lot longer. March Madness!!

I really like their inside and outside murals. When we went to order, Stephen Monahan introduced himself to us, as he was manning the bar at the moment. He is the head brewer/owner. My husband commented on them having a Roggenbier. Rye beers are not often something we find on taplists. This one, Roggen Roll Dude!, had a sweet that balanced the bitter of the rye. It was a collab between Monolith and Alley Brews. I enjoyed their German Helles Lager, EO's Dream. Solid, to style and refreshing. We like to also do tasters and discuss, so we got a taster of Nanner Nutz, a Peanut Butter Banana Stout; Vorpal Blade, Roasted Jalapeno/Serrano Ale and Lord of the Links, Smoked Sausage Stout and a collab with A Bit Twisted Brewpub. All were unique and fun to try. This is a worthy stop for some fun brews.

There were a couple dozen people participating in a sushi making class, which we thought was a very interesting and entertaining activity for a brewpub. Their electronic menu board indicated that cooking classes are frequent. The very friendly bartender welcomed the pup in, and served my wife and me a very tasty beer each. Customers came over and greeted our little puppy and told us how cute they thought he was. A very pleasant trip to the pub all around. We'll head back for another visit the next time we're in the area.

We were welcomed and our beertender answered our questions. I had to look over their dark beers. I got the "A Stout by St. James" on nitro. A dry Irish stout with the lovely waterfall from the nitro was placed in front of me. All my favorite qualities with a nice dark chocolate bitter at the end. My husband had "All the Hop Things" IPA, a DDH with Citra, Eureka, Idaho 7 and Eldorado. He was a happy camper. We even had the opportunity to chat with James, himself. They have a nice amount of seating both inside and out. There is even a small seating area out the back door of the space as well. I noticed lots of fun activities on their calendar. It has a real welcoming vibe.

We arrived a few minutes after opening time on a Sunday, confirmed that our dog was welcome both inside and on the front patio and rear beer garden, and got a spot in the sunshine out front. It was very quiet when we arrived, but customers began to arrive pretty quickly, and soon the patio was full of happy human and canine customers, and several inside tables were taken. The very pleasant beertender answered my questions about the establishment and the beer. We ordered a pizza and a meatball sub from Walter's a couple of doors away, and were pretty wowed by the quality of both. We were impressed that most if not all of the beers they make here are gluten-free (we aren't gluten intolerant, but it's good to see that they take all customers' needs into account). It's quite unusual to see Delirium Tremens beer from Brouwerij Huyghe in Belgium on the beer menu - I haven't had it in years and may well order one the next time I go. There's a shelf full of games if you care to play one, and they have events in the evenings, including Magic: The Gathering on the second Monday of each month. We'll try to get our sons and their partners to join us for an evening of Magic here some time.
