My house is over 100 years old and the septic system isn't much newer, yet they have always been able to fix clogs and determine what the root cause was each time. The young man who I assume is one of the sons started screaming profanities at me and I asked them to leave. I had another company come out to figure out what the damage was and there was no damage. They try to scare you especially if you are a female so you pay them money to fix issues that are not broken. Very sketchy business and if you notice they are one of the few that do not have an actual website that you can review. Customers beware! There are lots of other local companies to choose from.
