You order and pay at the register and pick up your order when they call your name at the other end of the counter. It's in the shape of a turnover. Not too sweet because the cheese tempers the sweetness of the guava. It is one of his favorites. I tried a chocolate Napoleon with merengue. The pita chips were kinda burnt, so they were a no for me. However, the wrap was on a whole wheat wrap with raw tuna, rice, avocado, veggies, and a side of a spicy aioli. It was like eating a poke bowl in a wrap form. The ponzu yuzu sauce made the fresh raw tuna standout. They filled the wrap with so many ingredients, I could only eat a half of the wrap. I wasn't a fan of the spicy aioli, only because it wasn't spicy. It did leave me wanting to sprinkle some sriracha on it. This place did exceed my expectations and I get the hype.
