What made the situation worse was the lack of customer service. When I explained that the dish was now too spicy to eat, the staff refused to fix it again or remove it from the bill. It felt dismissive and frustrating, especially since I was just hoping for a simple correction. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression.
