When I first called him, I told him I needed the job done urgently. He said he was busy with a graduation party but quoted me $60 per room. I agreed, thinking it was straightforward. When he arrived, I asked him to clean just the living room and master bedroom--both completely empty, no furniture to move. Once he got there, he suddenly claimed the living room would count as two rooms and pointed me to his website. This is a small home in Mountain House, nothing out of the ordinary, but somehow it ended up costing $200, with only a $10 discount. Later, I messaged him to finish the job with two more rooms. He lives in the same town, but he told me it would be a minimum of $150 just to come out again. At that point, it was clear this wasn't about fair pricing--it was about squeezing as much money as possible out of the situation. AJ may do decent work, but the greed is hard to ignore. The way he shifts pricing and inflates charges shows that making an extra buck is more important to him than being honest or fair. I would never use him again and strongly caution others to look elsewhere if you value transparency and integrity.

They seem to answer calls 24/7 and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Mike was main point of contact and gave us an estimate and scope of work. Basically, they had to tear out the drywall and insulation from the wet area, dry and dehumidify the area for days, and then put on moon suits and remove any mold. We were able to have 2 techs come on a Friday and then let the dehumidifier run over the weekend. We also had to tear out our upper cabinet since the top was damaged by water. On Monday, they came back to remove any leftover mode and patch things up. The total price came in well below the estimate, which is a huge plus. Very happy with the service and efficiency. If you ever suspect you have water damage from leaks, call these guys and get the problem resolved to ensure mold doesn't form or worst, spread. Note that their services are purely restorative - they'll dry out the water-damaged area and get rid of all the mold. You'll need to hire a plumber first to stop the leaks and then afterwards, a drywall contractor to patch up the holes with insulation and new drywall followed by texturing and painting.

Drew offered the lowest bid and a confidence that he and his team could get the job done to our satisfaction. Their work was outstanding! When we informed him that our travel schedule would delay their start until June, he was flexible. His team's thorough mold/ moisture remediation (removing the old moldy vanity, damaged moldy wallboard, and floor tiles) was completed in a week The remediation quickly received Satisfactory test results from SAFE, the environmental testing agency we independently hired. The restoration work then moved well with the replacing of sheet rock on the wall (where mold/moisture had been) but the laying of the replacement floor tiles was stalled when the team discovered that those tiles were slightly too short of matching the original 24"x12" floor tiles. To stick to our budget, we had opted to get the tiles on our own, not realizing that brands can differ in their tile sizing. This resulted in an unexpected interruption of the project for the PPR team while we found another tile brand true to size. Drew remained patient and flexible with us. The tile team did a beautiful job laying the new replacement tiles. After that, the last step was installing replacement vanity which was also done perfectly. I'm now working with a rat removal service but before A2Z allowed me to hire them & get in contract they should have advised me to be sure to complete the proper step beforehand of ensuring the rat infestation was resolved. Now i'm out $3500 for an unnecessary garage cleaning and still have a rat infestation. As a new homeowner (or any homeowner) I'd assume a good business would make sure I've done the pre work (in this case rat infestation elimination) before accepting the job. That's in my view a shitty thing to have done to me as the client. Really disappointed because they seemed professional throughout the process. So for this reason of not holistically proactively making sure the proper prep was done I cannot rate this business any higher than a 2 star. I'm not angry I am however very disappointed and feel that I've been tricked. I cannot recommend this business.

I was looking to replace all the carpet flooring in my newly built home with LVP and found Mario…read morehere on Yelp right away. I decided to give him a try--and I'm glad I did. Mario's knowledge and understanding of flooring is top-notch. My home already had 6mm LVP on most of the first floor, but when we removed the carpet in one of the first-floor bedrooms, I did a calcium chloride test and found the concrete moisture level was much higher than I was comfortable with. After doing some research and discussing options with Mario, we decided to apply Bostik coat to seal the moisture. That made a huge difference. We also added a proper moisture barrier on top, which gave me peace of mind. Given the moisture level in the concrete, I ended up removing the original 6mm flooring too. That turned out to be the right call--when we pulled it up, we discovered the old moisture barrier sheets weren't taped properly, just laid side by side. So we redid the whole floor with Bostik + taped moisture barrier + 8mm LVP. Mario managed to reuse most of the baseboards--only one room needed new ones. While the project ended up a bit more expensive than originally planned, the results look great and I feel confident that the floor will hold up long-term. Mario is super friendly, honest, and goes out of his way to help. Highly recommend him if you're considering flooring work!

A pipe burst in my parents' home and Servpro was onsite thirty minutes after our call! While one of their technicians extracted the water out of our carpet, their manager helped my parents figure out the most cost effective way to pay for their services. We ended up paying ourselves since their estimate was close to our insurance deductible (why file a claim when you don't have to? :). They have all the necessary equipment to dry things out quickly. Per their "professional standards," they removed a large chunk of drywall to prevent mold and to save us money (a piece of new drywall and some paint is indeed cheaper than having all that equipment around for god knows how long). Needless to say, they had everything ready for our contractor within a couple of days and now everything looks great! They did such a good job cleaning up after themselves that we hired them to professionally clean the rest of our home and have had them come back once a year since. HIGHLY recommend their services! Very nice people to work with and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I don't understand why some yelpers are giving them bad reviews- they literally have a guarantee on their work!! They even gave me a WARRANTY CERTIFICATE! What kind of home repair company does that!? If you have water damage or mold, call them up- they do free estimates! read more

I usually never take the time to leave a review, but SERVRPO is the one exception. I was thoroughly impressed by their work. This review is not for me, but for my mother. Her carpet has had this large growing dark patch for a while, and I finally convinced her to call someone to get it cleaned. She call SERVPRO and they did an amazing job! Randy was so patient with my mother, and he had the carpet cleaned within two days. I was so sure we would have to replace the entire carpet, thank goodness we didn't have to! Upon completion, there was quite a few areas that still had a fair amount of moss on the roof line so they certainly did not accomplish what I initially wanted. They explained that they treated the moss and then it would eventually dissipate overtime during additional rain storms. Overall I think they did a good job with power washing the house cleaning the windows and power washing the driveway, but the moss remains on the roof and still looks undesirable. We called them back indicated that it would be an additional $1400 to power wash the moss off and rinse the house down again. I should've simply allowed my own employees to do the whole thing and do it thoroughly. Now I have to go back and power wash specific areas of the roof line in order to get the desired results. being a service industry, you really want the people you work with willing to go the extra mile to create a level of customer satisfaction. My only disappointment was that I wasn't notified of tears in a number of my widow screens. An online patch system I found will take care of that. They had to cut a concrete slab, and managed to replace the toilet flange without removing any bathroom flooring. A project that should have probably been a full remodel ended up being only a plumbing fix. The lead, Aaron, was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and considerate. I felt like Simpson did everything possible to make the project smooth and reduce the life disruption. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Leo checked interior, exterior, filtration system, toilets, sinks, pool, irrigation, EVERYTHING you can possible think of! It was determined that my water filtration was not on the correct setting(which was caused by another company when they serviced the equipment) and was constantly running.
