I stumbled across this cute place while walking around and it did not disappoint! The man working was so sweet and kind and the cookies are delicious! Highly recommend the Christmas one! Yum! The coffee is so cute and yummy too.

The biscochito cookies are delicious! The business is clean and quite! Cute place where you can sit and enjoy! Price was $16 per bag. Pricey but worth it! Treat yourself!

A cute neighborhood ice cream shop with nice casual fun sitting area, parking and walking distance from downtown. They have limited menu which is awesome as they do spectacular job creating master pieces Staff is attentive & courteous and make good recommendations. Kids loved mint flavor ice cream ( no green color/ dye) and i had pinenut (chingon pinon) Great experience and recommemded to visitors. Dont forget to try new mexico special bluefly farms infused water that is sold at exclusive locations including Biscochito

Perfect atmosphere, great location and amazing customer service. I ordered the Biscochito ice cream, which was delicious and made to order. An iced vanilla latte that was perfectly made and ordered a few dozen biscochitos to hand out for Valentine's Day. They were tasty and shaped in hearts, which I appreciated. If you haven't tried this local shop, put it on your radar!

The owner smoking as my cousin takes his photo

My cousin and I wanted to purchase a bag of these cookies and the store was closed but the owner, who had just closed for the day, opened the door and graciously welcomed us in. I would highly recommend this bakery!!!

Left (Cookie Ice cream that starts with B) and then Cherry Bomb on right!

This place is awesome! Talked to the owner, and he just opened 5 weeks ago. He definitely needs a few extra workers to help him speed things up, but the ice cream and cookies are to die for. The Biscochito cookie flavor is spot on and so cute. The ice cream is hand made while you wait, and packed with literally SO much flavor. This is a great place, and even offers coffee as well. Definitely recommend! Cherry bomb rocks! That's what I got but you must get a Santa Fe cookie.

Iced coffee, mint chip and biscochito

The ice cream is hand made and hand mixed with your choice of flavors. Would recommend the Biscohitos ice cream. Delicious!!

Original biscochito, drip coffee, piñon ice cream

Made to order delicious ice cream and excellent drip coffee. We had the chocolate piñon drip coffee, 2 original biscochitos, and ice cream--biscochito and piñon. Lots of seating inside, the owner is extremely friendly and passionate about his new business--don't miss this place!

We ordered the Jeffersonian and the Italian Citrus elixirs. Both are 74% chocolate. While the Italian has lemon and orange zest with cinnamon and vanilla, the Jeffersonian has nutmeg and vanilla. The citrus was quite evident and refreshing while the nutmeg gave the Jeffersonian a very earthy flavor. Even though this time we didn't have their truffles, their flavors are unique with lavender, fruits, and even chiles. If you are in for unique sweets and rich elixirs, I absolutely recommend Kakawa.

Though the chocolates are quite costly, $4-5 per piece. I also had a mint chocolate ice cream. The mint flavor here is so unique, of fresh mint, which might not fit well with people who likes mint chocolate ice cream. I like it though. The ice cream is soft and smooth. Chocolate pieces are creamy Mango smoothie is refreshing. I recommend checking this unique place out when visiting Santa Fe.

I don't give five stars very often, but this was a very special and unique meal. My niece has…read moreeaten hair and she highly recommended it so we made reservations for 5 PM. We were warmly greeted and we're happy. It was on the quiet side since they weren't busy yet. By the time we left, it was busy! We really enjoyed our server, Paris. He was warm and seemed to take a general interest in us. I shared my concerns with him that my pallet doesn't tolerate much spicy. He at all. He assured me there would be no problem in accommodating that. He started us off with a complementary prickly pear & lemonade drink which we loved! He also provided a complementary appetizer which was very unique and made out of avocado and mascarpone and some other items I don't remember. Why I didn't love it, I did enjoy hasting something so unique and different. We started with the best cornbread I've ever had that shaped like a cob of corn with three different kinds of butters. The cornbread is $12 and worth it! Next came the Caesar salad wrapped in some kind of egg roll wrapper and topped with an anchovy mixture. We split it so we each got two rolls which was plenty. We very much enjoyed the flavors in the salad. Don ordered the Wagyu short rib with polenta. While we don't love polenta, this was tasty and complemented the beef nicely. Don said this was the best short rib he ever had. I wish I had a picture of how they presented it. When they took the lid off, there was a lovely steam cloud and it smelled wonderful. I had scallops with each one placed beautifully on top of of really interesting wild rice and finished with toasted coconut. The pineapple salsa and the Hoja Santa Fe Oil were placed in small rounds in the middle of the dish because they had some kick to them. What was especially impressive, is the gentleman who brought out my meal leaned over and said that the Chef wanted to let me know that the two items in the small dishes had heat to them, but I was encouraged to give them a try for the full flavor. Impressive! I was able to enjoy the pineapple salsa, but the oil was a little too spicy for me, but I'm glad I tried it. We would've loved to try dessert, but we were fully satiated by our delicious meal. It was quite an experience and we look forward to returning.

The inside is dirty and uninviting but I was needing a place right away so I committed. The carrot cake looked really good so I asked the girl for a piece. She was very odd. She started at me as if she couldn't believe someone asked for the carrot cake. She said something I couldn't understand. My friend jumped in to help but she just looked at him too. So odd. Eventually she handed me a styrofoam container with carrot cake in it. I also ordered a small Americano. The Americano was good and the carrot cake was good, but it was a small piece and not worth $13! I asked for the Wi-Fi password, but the other girl working in the counter also kind of stared at me and shrugged her shoulders. I asked again she said "I don't know it" I tried to ask the other girl and she said"we don't know it because no one's ever asked for it before". I said, "but you're a coffee shop and the Wi-Fi is there for guests. We just need the password." And she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I had to do my Zoom call on my phone walking down the sidewalk because I wasn't staying there.

The latte didn't do anything for me...it was overly sweet without really tasting of honey or lavender, and was too thick or something. The doughnut, however, was a different story. The blue cornmeal gave it a really nice texture--a bit crunchy, and the icing had actual lavender, not just flavoring. Best $2 I've spent today! They also have Hagen Daaz, for those who are into eating ice cream when it's 33° outside.
