Inside Santa Fe was big, clean, and decorated to fit the southwestern theme. Our waitress was nice, helpful , and checked on us frequently. The complementary chips and salsa were delicious! Also the margaritas were fresh and delicious. I could have just gone for the chips and drinks! I ordered a vegetable quesadilla with rice and beans. I was a little underwhelmed with it. It was a little bland. My friend got ACP and it was seasoned well and good. Even though the quesadilla wasn't the best, I would still come back again....maybe trying something different. Everything else was great!

Met a friend for dinner there last night, and he picked the place. I had been there once in the past but soon I was reminded why i never went back. We sat at the bar, the staff was very attentive and nice. I was not impressed by the margaritas. The worst was the food, I ordered something and got something completely different. My friend appeared to be happy w his food, so I didn't say anything about mind at the restaurant. The floor is slippery, so I had to be extra careful not to slip and fall in public. Not only I got a different dish, but the food was bland. I felt like I could've gotten better food at a fast food restaurant. Anyhow, I know I'm not going back ever again.

Had a really pleasant lunch at Santa Fe today! I ordered the Chicken Quesadilla Verde, which came with a fresh salad topped with guacamole--super flavorful and satisfying. It also came with chips and salsa on the side. While the chips weren't my favorite, the salsa was absolutely on point. The place was clean, beautiful, and everyone was super friendly. Overall, a great lunch spot--I'd definitely come back to try more

A very solid place. We come here from time to time and it's always good. I love the ambiance and the staff is super friendly. Food comes out quick. Fantastic place. I definitely recommend.

Food is good. Street corn is amazing. They have upgraded the menu and the items served. I like it lol!! Always fast and friendly staff.

Had to come out and celebrate my Back getting her doctorate degree! We chose Santa Fe for the drinks and they didn't disappoint!! A little strong, but who wants a weak drink?? I ordered the ACC because that is my go-to meal. Can't go wrong with shrimp and queso cheese! Our servers were very friendly and accommodated all 8 of us! I even noticed that they have a patio area in the back! So that's a plus for the next outing.

Well, after passing on this place due to recent poor reviews for service a few weeks ago, we decided to give them a try, anyway. Good choice. Admittedly, my girlfriend and I are just two gringos from Minnesota. However, she was married to Mexico native for 15 years, and we both lived in Los Angeles for the last 8 1/2 years, so I'd say our palates are pretty well educated. This place rivaled, or perhaps even surpassessed, our favorite Mexican restaurant from the L.A. area. Salsa was just the right balance of flavor and heat, and the white cheese dip the same. Hard to not eat too many chips before the meal came. It ended up being a chimichanga-choice evening. Barb had one chicken and one steak, and I had the seafood mix. All were cooked just right, with just a little crispiness on the shell. The steak and chicken were both flavorful and tender, and though a little more seasoning and/or char on my seafood would have been nice, no complaints here. The sides were equally up to the rating; the rice and beans both had more flavor than any Mexican restaurant we've been to in a long time. I probably should have tried more than the small smattering of guacamole on her dish to give that a fair test. Next time. Service was also spot on, and with a bill of only about $30 (not including my wine or the tip), we'll definitely be coming back soon.

    VOMIT!!!!

Fukn disgusting!!! Just found a damn ROACH in my food!!! I should've known by the smell as soon as we walked in the door!!!! I hate I didn't take a picture but I was too fukn MAD!!! And the staff looking dumb and confused like they've seen roaches crawling around in the mother fukn restaurant all the damn time!!! As you can see the food is outside in the parking lot!!!

Great service. Tons of options at a pretty reasonable price. Liked my hard shell tacos "american style". One beef, one steak and one chicken. Nothing out of the ordinary tacos you could get at most Mexican places. Still good option if looking for an inexpensive alternative.

Update for our 2026 annual visit:…read more We ate in this year and the service and ambiance matched the quality of the food we had last year. I have been looking forward to the World Ninja Championships so that I can eat here again and the team did not disappoint. I had the special, chilaquiles supreme and YES! Flank steak butterflied and so tender that I cut through it easily with a butter knife. They make the chips fresh for each order of chilaquiles and you can taste it. Generous amounts of every flavor that went into the meal and I left stuffed! Hands down, my favorite place and I have a feeling we are making a second trip here this year for sure! First impression as you walk in, or look at images of the menu: AUTHENTIC! First impressions when you bite into your food: They nailed the first impression! I had the lingua, tripa, pez, and Pastor tacos. My family had the California burrito, chicken and beef tacos, and the Enchiladas Mexicanos with mole and salsa verde. We also added a side of guac and chips. Guac: thin mixed avocado and perfectly sized chunks mixed in with the tomato and seasonings. An absolute must! The 4 tacos I ate were succulent to say the least. The tripa was thin and crispy, but you could taste the rendered fat in them. It had the texture of perfectly cooked bacon. Al pastor is one of my favorites and this one did not disappoint. Then there was the pez taco that was just the right amount of crispy without being an iota overcooked. At last I ate the lingua taco. It melted in my mouth and I immediately wanted another. I don't even like mole sauce, but I couldn't stop eating the mole enchilada. Aces, hands down. The California burrito was phenomenal and had the perfect amount of each ingredient and a delectable amount of heat and sweet cream sauce. The chicken was obviously hand shredded and had equal amounts of larger chunks of meat and thin pulled pieces to soak up all the flavor in endless nooks and crannies. If you have not been here please do your palate a flavor and stop in. The value far exceeded the price of our meals and we plan on coming here every year when the World Ninia finals rome to town

Service was really bad. Our server was absolutely terrible. Got most of our order wrong despite showing her the items on the menu. She didn't check the table at all and we had to send other employees to get her and even then she performed what was a very simple job extremely poorly despite having only one other table. Ambiance was terrible. Music was so loud. We had to actually yell at each other as did the other patrons and we asked multiple times to turn it down without success. Will never return to this awful restaurant.

True to its namesake, there are brightly colored folk art designs throughout the restaurant in line with their Mexican heritage. The trees that make it look overgrown from the outside actually serve to allow sunlight while masking the surrounding city, facilitating the transformation that makes you feel like you're in Mexico City. We came at an off-peak time in the afternoon and it was nearly empty. We were seated immediately and the service was prompt and attentive. I was pleased to see some unique menu offerings like Birra Ramen and Sopes that deviate from the standard American-friendly fare in most places. Drinks were good - we had a regular house margarita, a triple berry margarita, and a jalapeño cucumber margarita. All were tasty and I would order again. I tried to order a Mezcalita, since it's not often I see a Mezcal option, but they were out of that particular liquor. We tried to get street corn as an appetizer, which they were also out of. We got cheese and salsa with chips instead. The chips were hot and fresh, the salsa generous with the cilantro, and the cheese bold and warm. For entrees we had the Al Pastor Quesadilla and the Birra Ramen. The quesadilla was good, though the beans on the side were pretty bland. The ramen was a unique and very tasty option, and I was not able to finish such a generous portion. I think I'd leave the cheese out next time since it made some weird textures, but the flavor was great overall. Overall, there are some small things to improve (having menu items in stock, bland beans) and the prices were a bit high, but we had a great experience overall. I'm not often in the area, but I'll certainly eat here again if I am!

Met up with a friend to grab lunch today, and had another great experience. Surprisingly, especially for a Friday, we were the only people there for lunch another small party arrived toward the end of our meal. The hostess/waitress was very friendly and attentive, checking on us, keeping chips, salsa and drinks topped off. I got the lunch ACP, which was quick to come out, and a first for me, it was served with choice of corn or flour tortillas...I opted for flour. The food tasted great, and portion size was perfect, honestly, probably a little more than I should have eaten for lunch, but it will tide me over until dinner. Definitely worth checking out. This spot has an amazing bright and vibrant atmosphere, beautifully decorated with bright colors, a much different look inside then out. I'm sure I'll be back again soon, good food, great, and quick service!

The name Bandito Bodega is extremely accurate, as the store itself is a small and unassuming looking place, with a charmingly decorated interior and some indoor and outdoor seating. It was very convenient to order at the cash register as soon as you walk in, and the staff was very patient and efficient. I adored the unpretentiousness and individuality of the place. It did not need any flashiness or grandeur- just some good food and good vibes. Now the food: WOW I was blown away by the pork belly garlic fried rice. The pork belly was so incredibly fatty and perfectly crispy, the shrimp add-on was juicy and well seasoned, and the fried egg over a bed of DELICIOUS steamy garlicky fried rice was absolutely perfection. And they do NOT skimp on the portions. This heaping bowl was just $15, and it was generously topped with the pork belly. This will easily be a place I plan to frequent often, for the convenience, food, and charm.
