When we call, the "cute" voice message says (paraphrasing) too busy to read emails, I won't even get to your voice mail, so text me. Not a great business practice. Think I am exaggerating? Try it - 480 721 4029 At the 5 year point, 3 of our 5 strings of panels failed. We were producing less than 40% of what we paid for, and the bill to us was $3,800 (reduced by their good graces). When the failing pieces were removed, not replaced, there was evidence of fire, on my roof, by their product. When I asked about the warranty, I was texted a phone number, not even a company name and told I could try if I wanted. The new solar panels I was purchasing to replace the fire damaged (from the solar power system) were clearly used. Previous mounting marks, dust and bird droppings. The pictures show the difference for how we have cared for our system and what was put in as a replacement. Changing my review from a 5 star to a 1 star.

Last month we had a slight issue with our main electrical box and we contacted them. they sent out a tech the next morning and resolved the issue. The tech explained everything that created the issue repaired what was needed. the issue was because we had a new pool pump added to our already overloaded electric box and the pump shorted, Popped all the breakers and shut down the solar. We are so grateful that the tech (Joe) was able to reset the solar and we're back online. I can't say enough to recommend Solar Wave and Brad and his team. The install went quick and the crew was professional and friendly. Our Project manager, Jacqueline was always cheerful and made sure she answered our questions adequately. My only disappointment if I can call it that, was the wait time from the install completion date to the APS connection date. Apparently the same wait time is industry wide. We will update our review once we have some time on our system. For now, We are happy to be producing Clean electricity with our SunPower Solar System!

Miller and Sons installed a Tesla Wall Connector at my house, and I'm very happy with the work they…read moredid. The price they quoted was fair and competitive compared to the other quotes I received. The installation was not an easy job -- my electrical panel is on the opposite side of the house, which required running conduit and wiring a long distance. Despite the challenges, they did an excellent job with the panel work and routing the wire exactly where it needed to go. They stayed persistent and didn't stop until everything was completed properly. They even went above and beyond when they accidentally damaged my irrigation line during the install. They repaired it for me, even though it wasn't part of the original scope of work. That kind of integrity really stood out. The only minor issue was some leftover caulk on the bricks around an LB conduit body that needed a little extra cleaning, but it was a very small thing and not a big deal at all. Once the job was finished, they cleaned up the entire area thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Miller and Sons for electrical work, especially for Tesla Wall Connector or EV charger installations.

Technician came out for a service call, then stated that office would call to reschedule for additional service. Office never called and two days later a technician randomly shows up unscheduled without being notified. Nobody was home. Their office called a week later to send invoice but had all the incorrect information. Then sent over invoice and charged for second visit that never happened (because they did not call us to schedule the security nd appointment). Now let's talk about the office employee. Candace was extremely rude and unprofessional overall then proceeded to hang up on me during conversation. Then when we called back and asked for a supervisor was placed on hold and hung up again. Calling a third time and asking Candace why she hung up she laughed and proceeded to say "you're mistaken. The phone call was complete."Needless to say, they also overcharged for work that was not actually done. when you try to use a small family on business compared to the big name companies, this is how you're treated. I assumed that they would charge me the same but they wanted roughly 25% more. I passed and found a different metal supplier in Chandler which charged me $257,- instead of the $387 which AZ Metals quoted me. That's a difference of 50%. Total ripoff.
