Had to stop here in a pinch. Tire had a small nail/screw in it causing a small slow leak of air. Today pressure dropped to 21. So I figured might as well get it taken care of. My usual spot was closed and didn't want to keep driving around like that. Although I have a small compressor in the car figured let's get it taken care of. Right away the guy said small patches are $20 and may be more based on size. Wow OK Had a patch not long ago at my usual spot still $12 there. And they charge me one dollar to use credit card. Really? I say because it was the day after thanksgiving after 4pm. The extra $8 bucks was worth it. Asked for tire estimate. Also seemed overpriced. Now I know. He will treat you like a queen and make you feel genuine customer care and attention. He never fails at anything I need or ask for. This place is known for its tire service but over the years they are my oil people and my auto mechanic people for my used cars. They have revived cars that had no chance and my whole family can depend on them whenever we need something. I live out of the area now but still come down when I need support with my cars. They can inspect your car for any concerns. They helped me reestablish my credit with their card offers and help me cover expenses for used cars that needed repair. Love these guys! I've had my car serviced here before, an older gentleman a few weeks ago helped with a tire problem and was very professional. However, recently I stopped by with another car, and while the previous man wasn't there, this time two other individuals tried to make me believe that my car needed work done that in reality, it did not need. I was very apprehensive and told them I would make a few phone calls, turns out that Indeed they wanted me to take advantage just because I'm a woman. I took my vehicle to a certified mechanic and my car only needed one thing out of the four things this shop claimed. Really great service. I was greeted even before I got out of my car. Got an oil change in just minutes and got recommendations on a few questions I had regarding my brakes and shocks. Wow I just read the review that Vinz D left, dude if you tell someone about rims costing more than they make in 2 months, you think you're gonna get great service? Show some respect. They charge $15, I asked the owner if he'd price match the neighboring tire competition (Paramount Tire $10), only a $5 difference the owner denied my request. Not a smart business man. ZERO STARS!! Charged me $40 to do an alignment on my mustang. I was not given a receipt just a verbal translation. The guy that worked on my car was fairly quick and he even drove it around the block to test it out. When he came back told me it was all done and it was good. The following day when I was driving to work on the freeway I notice my car swerving to the left still. You get what you pay for. Instead of coming back to this location (without a receipt) I went to go get a computerized alignment where they give you a printout of the specs, receipt and warranty) for $20 more than I paid these guys. They found the real reason for messed up alignment, which was bad shocks and I got it all fixed. GET A COMPUTERIZED alignment, the details will save you $$$ and tread life in the long run. read more

We've been taking our cars to Santana Tires for years. This past week I had to take my car in for breaks. The brake fluid was leaking. Took it to Santana and in 3 hrs it was fixed and ready for pick up. Having my car back to normal and for a very affordable price is just what I needed. We had to take my dad's car in for brakes as well and they did a great job getting them to top shape. If you are taking your car in for something complicated, bring it in early. Waltzing in a whatever time is going to make have to wait. Their mechanic there is a busy guy and can't perform miracles with time so be patient. Horrible customer service. I'd rather go to the one in Lynwood! I brought my car for a wheel alignment, asked if it could be done today and one of the guys said yes. Had me park my car and wait. TWO hours later, I'm still kept waiting and finally told my car may not get serviced today because the man has to leave by 3:30pm.
