This shop is the reason women don't like going to repair shops. As a female shop owner it's so different to be treated this way. Came from 6 hours away and my light for low air went off. They Checked my pressures and when I dared to say my tires don't have tpms sensors and spare doesn't set off my light, older guy walked back into shop and yelled at me to take it somewhere else. 10/10 Amazing great service Ivan was really helpful doing what was needed to do with my car I stopped by to get my TPMS sensor installed I brought my own parts and he just did the labor ( not anyone is willing to put they're labor into that ) and he was able to do exactly that and program them too I highly recommend this place really great and great prices. read more

I brought my car here after getting a recommendation from Autozone. I'm so glad I came in because I had a very easy and stress free experience. My cars check engine light came on and my cars old, 2001, so I was a bit panicked thinking it was the end. Their pricing is more than fair, and the owner/mechanic was very kind and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I'm not very car savvy so that was really helpful to me. Just a side note, as a woman I have had very poor experiences in the past with mechanics without my Dad or brother present. I was on my own this time so I had some fear with being taken advantage of or told to fix things that weren't necessary. I'm happy to say I did not experience that here. His sister at the front desk was also unbelievably kind and talked to me the entire time I was waiting and made me feel safe and distracted. If I was on my own I would have just sat in my anxiety, but she kept me busy and I had a great time hanging out with her. I didn't get his name but the shop owner was also very kind and got my car fixed up quicker than I was expecting and made the whole process as painless as possible. I recently took my 2017 Mustang GT to get new tires installed in the rear. I think I paid about $30 but the damage ended up being hundreds. They severely damaged the paint on Performance Pack wheels during the installation. Paint was scraped off and broken off in some places. I drove the car home and parked it for a few days after the installation. I didn't notice the damage till about 3 days later when I started driving it again. I didn't bother taking it back and letting them know because I know how shops operate. They would've told me it was my fault and that's why it took so long for me to bring it back. Looks like they can't work on nice things. Edit 6/05/19: just got the rear tires replaced again because I burned out the ones in the picture. The new shop told me that the previous shop (Front Line Tires) cracked my tire pressure sensor and didn't properly place the tire weights. So they weren't even balanced properly. read more

Great experience, my work truck had a nail stuck in my almost new tire that I noticed as I was filling up across the street, of course, it was a rare rainy day here in Norwalk, lucky for me they were not too busy. I went in and spoke with the lady behind the counter and she got one of the guys right on it. He patched my tire, another win I did not have to buy new tire. My Hummer had a flat and we needed a special key to remove the spare tire wheel nut lock. Well the key was missing and the dealer didnt have one. They dont make them anymore. I called and I spoke to Adolfo. He assured me I could make it there if I drove slowly. When I got there he found a way to get it off. It took some thinking and muscle on his part but he did it!! He had my tire changed and only charged me $20. Thank you Adolfo for being honest and not taking advantage of a stranded motorist !! I'm coming back !! read more

We've been coming here for years. All the time prior to today's service has been satisfactory. Today, some older dark skinned man help me and he was VERY RUDE. I went in because it has been 2 times I put air in my tires and I was wondering if there was a nail. He only checked my passenger front side, as I said that's the one that's been needing air mostly. Then I asked if he can check the other tires because I was still worried. Either he doesn't understand English well or he was being flat out rude because he right away answered "sorry, it's going to be $5." The worst service ever.
