The cashier asked us first at the speaker if we wanted guacamole on all, & then confirmed it at window when paying. However only 3 of the tacos had guacamole, but we were charged $6 extra! For the food, I had 1 Carne Asada street taco and 1 chicken street tacos, and well not too bad. Their salsa was flavorful, especially the red sauce and it had notes of roasted poblano pepper but the chicken was sort of dry and had little flavor and the same with the Carne Asada, though the texture of the Carne Asada was decent. 3.8 stars for the food Service was 4 stars and friendly drive thru. I was far from home, it was late, I was tired, and very hungry... the usual ingredients for an awful meal! I ordered the steak and shrimp burrito. The drive through line was slow, but I wasn't in a hurry. The cashier was very stoic, curt, but not mean. Before driving off, I asked if they had a bathroom and she told me it was outside and around the corner. I parked in front of the bathroom and I enjoyed my food from the comforts of my car, reading Yelp reviews. The reviews alternate between 5-star and 1-star, with generally positive reviews for food and negative reviews for bad window service. I could see both -- my burrito was ridiculously good and the cashier wasn't winning any Ms. Congeniality awards from our brief interaction. The bathroom was locked and I had to go inside and ask the cashier if there was a key. I was waiting to be yelled at, dismissed, or shooed away. I had my receipt on hand to prove I was a customer and rehearsed my lines. To my surprise, she apologized, grabbed the keys, walked me outside, and unlocked the door. So we tried this place on our way back home & the service was pretty fast but my wife's taquitos were cold. I ordered the carne asada burrito plate which was ok. My wife got what she thought were the pickled onions & chiles but ummm they were just plain onions. The beans were good but the rice had no flavor. Sept 22, 2025 @ 3:06 I don't normally leave reviews, but my recent experience here was disappointing enough that I feel it needs to be shared. The customer service I received was very unprofessional. When I asked questions, the tone of voice from the lady helping me was dismissive and rude, as if I was an inconvenience instead of a customer. To make matters worse, she actually closed the window on me while I was still speaking which was both disrespectful and unnecessary. No customer should be treated this way. Respect and courtesy go a long way in any business, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. Until management takes steps to improve how customers are treated, I can't recommend supporting this place. read more

You think when you order an "asada burrito" It come with rice beans maybe some cheese cilantro onions etc WRONG ! They literally just gave me the meat and tortilla. The young girl taking my order didn't even offer rice beans or anything, was mumbling very fast, and couldn't understand anything. Plus it doesn't help that their speaker doesnt even work sounds so muffled. I also ordered the hot Cheeto burrito which was good but the Cheetos were definitely stale. Service was nice and friendly fast to take the order #5 which is an enchilada plate I got rice and beans too Rice was very good and the beans were creamy smooth The 2 cheese enchiladas were ok nothing to brag about I liked the salad bar it had fresh cucumbers carrots and peppers plus sauces if you want to add them to your food The price as it is everywhere now was higher than I'd to pay at $12.00 I don't think it is a good value even though the quantity was good. We used to come here often, but after today, we will never return. The lady working here was unbelievably rude, her attitude was disgusting. We've always supported this place, but the way she treated us was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Customer service matters, and she clearly doesn't care. Chorizo breakfast burrito $9. Good size burrito however the quality of the chorizo is poor. Grizzle fat through out the chorizo. They use French fries as the potatoes in the burrito which is. Ice but they need to be fully cooked. Burrito had flavor but I won't choose chorizo here again. read more
