The corned beef hoagie at Marinucci's Deli is incomparable. It is layered with paper thin slices that are rich but never heavy. The dressing is balanced, the coleslaw adds a nice tang, and the shredded lettuce brings a fresh crunch that ties it all together. That's not enough. If you're from Philly you know that none of the above matters if your bread sucks. Well... Marinucci's offers seeded and unseeded rolls that are incredible. Please join me in thanking baby Buddha for this crusty, chewy yet fluffy vessel of perfection. A few minutes later I was handed a giant hoagie. I got back to my office and u wrapped my present. I was immediately engulfed by the smells of provolone, vinegar, onions and wonderful meats.
