For years, our outside drains were clogged, and I found myself setting up pumps during the storms to get the pools of water away from our home. Every year, I would tell myself that I would get the drains cleared. Before the rains came this past winter, I hired a company to hydro jet the pipes. They tried to clear the drains, but because they were so clogged, their equipment failed. Again, I was setting up the pumps during the rain storm. So, I researched and found Joel and Sons. I met Joel and he examined our front/back yards. He gave an excellent and fair estimate that would fix the drainage problems. Throughought the entire project, Joel sent videos of the work being performed. He and the crew went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn't have any future issues. He also installed a pressure relief valve while he was at it, which I hadn't thought to ask about but he flagged as something worth doing given the issue we had. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, and got the repair done without any drama. The valve install was a nice touch since it should help prevent the same kind of failure down the road. Fair pricing, showed up when he said he would, and cleaned up after himself. I called Sebastian Sprinklers based on his many excellent reviews to come see the property and give me a quote. He returned my initial call the same day and we set up a time with my tenants for him to review the work that needed to be done. He maintained contact with both me and my tenants throughout the process and provided me with a detailed description of the work to be done after he visited the property...the price was reasonable considering the work he would be doing. He would replace all the sprinkler heads in the front yard, repair the severed electrical wire in the back yard, and extended a watering line in the back that was needed. The work was excellent, he and his crew arrived on time. My tenants said they were wonderful..worked hard, were friendly and took the time to show them how to work the automatic timers and adjust the timing and days as needed when the weather changes. When he was finishing up he sent me videos of the various areas of the yard with the various water stations running and covering the previous dry areas. All in all, I would say this was a wonderful experience. He and his team were professional, friendly, reasonably priced for the work that was required and I would definitely use him again.

Krystal, Jesus, and all their staff really provide professional, quality service and care for our yard and irrigation needs. We initially got started with them for a total clear out and clean up of our existing landscape and ended up sticking with them for weekly maintenance services and little projects here and there and have never looked back! Anytime there are issues, they are on it!! Today was another example - I asked Steve if he would just check up on my back sprinklers bc I noticed they didn't run Monday and when he did, he found a HUGE leak in one of our main irrigation pipes! Our house is kind of old and starting to need a lot of repairs so I wasn't completely surprised but the leak was pretty big. We had to turn off all the water to the house and wait for them to get one of their irrigation and plumbing experts over. Richard showed up almost immediately and had us all cleaned up and back in business in no time!! He even hung around to make sure all the leaking stopped etc. I was blown away - I figured I'd need to call a plumber and go through all that nightmare but no!!
