Mr Pedro Santos answered my frantic call this morning (a sprinkler pipe had broken and water gushing out all over the lawn). I had to shut the water main off temporarily. He showed up in about 20 minutes. Inspected the leak, found the problem, fixed it. Then checked all the sprinkler heads. Found two of them either broken or leaking. Fixed them. All together he took less than an hour to solve all the sprinkler issues. Mr. Santos is a very knowledgeable and sincere person. A thorough gentleman. I found him (his company) thru' Yelp. Pedro recently replaced a sprinkler timer, installed new valves and repaired a pvc water leak at one of my valves. He was on time for both visits and he completed the work with no problem. He has a lot of experience so he is very knowledgable. I called Mr. Santos because of his great reviews and now I have a new irrigation man! I suspected that I had a broken pipe but it was in a jungle of ground cover. Mr. Santos came out that day, located the broken pipe and replaced it. While testing the system he realized another pipe was broken and fixed it, also replacing a sprinkler head in the process. Two weeks ago my gardener told me there was a leak in my back yard next to my pool equipment. Of course I got freak out right away,so I thought my pool was leaking (oh no big problem). So I called the pool company right away they said to check out the sprinkler system first make sure there is no leak there. Anyway I took there advice and found Mr. Pedro Santos on yelp! Mr. Santos is such a professional with tons of knowledge. Within 5 minutes he was able to pin point my leak and actually took his time to show me and explain to me what might have happen. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Santos at my home, on a rather large sprinkler repair project. Our lot is almost 12,000 sq feet. We've lived in our home for many years and have called on many other sprinkler repair companies in the past. Called Mr. Santos and he was out at my home bright and early the next morning. I was having difficulty with a bank of valves that were leaking and some sprinkler heads that appeared to need replacing. Pedro pointed out that I didn't really need anything replaced, just needed some adjustments. He inspected my entire sprinkling system front and back and showed me where it wasn't set up quite right and made the changes. Went through my timer and made sure all was in order (it was not, and he fixed). Whole process took about and hour and fifteen. He charged me for the hour ($75), then gave me a $10 discount. Aside from his knowledge of, and ability to repair my sprinklers (which of course is the #1 thing you're looking for) Mr. Santos is typified by his personality.
