Ca Kho Tho and Rau Muong
    Dom N.

I loveeee Ca Kho Tho paired with Rau Muong it's just one of the best combos ever. When my mom said she tried this new place she wanted to take me I was more than down. The fish and pork belly was cooked to perfection and the Rau muong portion is quite large and full of garlic which I love. They also gave a spicy fish sauce to dip stuff in which was yummy. I definitely want to come back to try their crawfish!

Authentic Vietnamese seafood restaurant located in Little Saigon. I was recommended go here by my Vietnamese friends, and it did not disappoint. Definitely drink the pennywort drink, get some garlic noodles with steak, and try out the Vietnamese soups The service is fast and you get your food easily. Is a family style restaurant. There is a menu here in Vietnamese, but there is English right next to it so you know what's inside it. Definitely get the crawfish!

New restaurant in Westminster and it's so good! Also very good pricing. It's so hard to find food at a decent price now. I enjoyed the bánh canh and my mom enjoyed the pho Thai. Would get it again for sure!

    Bun Rieu
    John T.

Ordered Bun Rieu - 3.5 Value - varies Broth- Slightly on the sweeter side from the tomatoes. Definitely requires shrimp paste to adjust for taste. Veggies are fresh. 14.99 a bowl is definitely higher over here as the proteins given aren't justified. You really get four micro sized fried tofu pieces, 2 mini pork paste balls, 1 blood cube, and some crab rieu. I recommend people who want to save some money and feed a small family of three then order from their special " buy 2 get 1 free deals". Output time is decent along with good service. No long waits as was only diner at 11 am.

I was excited to return to Sao Bien for a bowl of bún bò Huế, but today's experience was disappointing. We ordered two bowls for our party of three, as my 97-year-old grandfather cannot finish a full portion. At other restaurants this has never been an issue. When we asked for an extra bowl to share, we were given a tiny disposable paper bowl--smaller than the soup spoon itself. When we requested a proper bowl, we were told it was against "policy" since the kitchen is separate from the restaurant. This explanation felt unreasonable and made what should have been a simple, enjoyable meal unnecessarily frustrating.

Service was good, our waiter recommended the clams and also a vegetable dish (not pictured) that we saw everyone ordering. Everything tasted authentic, fresh and amazing! The broth for the clams was so light with a hint of garlic/butter and spice- highly recommend. I would definitely be back to try other items on their menu.

Saw this on yelp and just happened to be in the Little Saigon area. Parking was no issue since it's located in a large strip center. Yelp reviews suggested the crawfish and yelpers were correct. This entree was outstanding! We also ordered Ala carte clams, catfish soup and claypot fish. Everything was fresh tasting, piping hot and flavorful. Definitely recommend checking out this establishment if you're in the neighborhood.

Great food, fast service, and price very reasonable. I wish there are more restaurants like this. The server is very friendly too.

    Bun bo hue, so good!

We loved our meal here at Sao Bien! Note, it is cash only but there is an ATM in the restaurant. The dining space is about medium-sized I would say, but as a party of 2 we didn't need a reservation. The menu here is quite extensive, which is awesome. I got the Bun Bo Hue here, and it was phenomenal. Plus, the restaurant's chili sauce was insanely spicy but still so very flavorful. The service was great, and the meal was overall wonderful and very enjoyable. The restaurant is part of a major strip mall complex, so there is plentiful parking in the area. I highly recommend coming here!

    Bún mắm soooo good
    Jon H.

My girlfriend and I always go here for the buy 2 get 1 free soup special. Bun mam is always my go to, its very flavorful but not overkill. Other bún dishes are also decent as well. Since it's only the 2 of us most of the time we can't really do cơm phần gia đình, but that's something we would like to try one of these day. Only complaint is we were charged $1.75 for each hot tea

The restaurant has a warm, inviting atmosphere with soft, yellow lighting that makes it feel cozy. There was background music playing which added to the energy, although it was loud enough that conversation took a little more effort than I'd have liked. Service was attentive from the beginning, with the server checking in regularly. I checked in at 8:05, was seated by 8:10, and got my food around 8:30. I ordered the Miso Bacon Carbonara which was delicious. The sauce was rich and creamy without feeling too heavy, and the miso added a sweet flavor that made it different from a traditional carbonara. The bacon was cooked well, crispy around the edges while still tender and the slight kick of spice kept each bite interesting. Overall, I'd definitely come back for this dish. I liked the egg yolk to make it creamier. -Momonoki chicken wing: don't bother. not worth it. overall, they've seemed to nail it on the pasta dishes. I liked all of the 3 we ordered. we were still hungry after the meal but ran out of budget.

I ordered the Peanut Chicken bowl with broccoli and the Orange Chicken bowl with broccoli. The Peanut Chicken bowl was delicious! The broccoli was very fresh as well. The Orange Chicken wasn't my favorite but tasted very healthy. One bad note about my first experience at this restaurant was the employee who took my order. She made it a point to tell us they were closing at 7pm and even gave us our food that I ordered 'for here' packed up 'to-go'. The food being packed up wasnt the real issue, but more so her un-friendly attitude when taking our order was what I thought was the issue. Also, as she was bringing in the furniture from outside she must have been eager to get off of work at 7pm sharp because she was hastily moving the tables and chairs in a loud, aggressive manner. If it were not for the food being delicious, I most likely would never come back here. Maybe next time I'll just place an online order.

The crab roe spaghetti had a rich sauce with a nice sweetness from the crab, plus a generous portion of crab on top with dehydrated tomato and stracciatella. We kept the sauce for dipping some of the bread and pizza crust! Spicy miso carbonara was their recommendation as a popular dish. We got it less spicy, and it was pretty subtle. All of the flavors blended perfectly together. The egg yolk was dropped whole on top for you to mix in yourself. It was very savory and not too salty. Mentaiko pizza was super flavorful with a light layer of mentaiko cream under the mozzarella with nori, bonito, octopus and corn on top. The crust was delicious and chewy. Lobster roll combo with the soup ($32) - I got the Maine style (cold) lobster roll which had really good flavor and the amount of lobster was really nice. I wish they pushed the lobster down into the roll a little more instead of stacking it on top to make it look fuller because it made it a lot harder to eat. The side salad was okay. I liked the clam chowder a lot. Fries and tater tots were perfectly crispy! Flaming hot lobster fries ($25): This feels a bit overpriced for what it is and kind of lackluster. Fries were good and crispy but the cheese wasn't melted well. Lobster is thrown on there and I think it would be better with cheeto dust versus the random cheetos thrown on top.
