Been here several times now and everything I've had was great. Owner is super friendly. Highly recommend the crawfish, the BBH, bun rieu and hieu tieu are my go-tos. The clams are also great.

The food was very delicious at a very reasonable price! The salmon noodle soup was very tasty and was also pretty healthy as well. The staff were all very friendly and greeted me with a smile on their face. I am always very happy and satisfied with the food and the service, when I come here and a lot of my friends and family love the place too!

Ca Kho Tho and Rau Muong

I loveeee Ca Kho Tho paired with Rau Muong it's just one of the best combos ever. When my mom said she tried this new place she wanted to take me I was more than down. The fish and pork belly was cooked to perfection and the Rau muong portion is quite large and full of garlic which I love. They also gave a spicy fish sauce to dip stuff in which was yummy. I definitely want to come back to try their crawfish!

Authentic Vietnamese seafood restaurant located in Little Saigon. I was recommended go here by my Vietnamese friends, and it did not disappoint. Definitely drink the pennywort drink, get some garlic noodles with steak, and try out the Vietnamese soups The service is fast and you get your food easily. Is a family style restaurant. There is a menu here in Vietnamese, but there is English right next to it so you know what's inside it. Definitely get the crawfish!

New restaurant in Westminster and it's so good! Also very good pricing. It's so hard to find food at a decent price now. I enjoyed the bánh canh and my mom enjoyed the pho Thai. Would get it again for sure!

    Bun Rieu

Ordered Bun Rieu - 3.5 Value - varies Broth- Slightly on the sweeter side from the tomatoes. Definitely requires shrimp paste to adjust for taste. Veggies are fresh. 14.99 a bowl is definitely higher over here as the proteins given aren't justified. You really get four micro sized fried tofu pieces, 2 mini pork paste balls, 1 blood cube, and some crab rieu. I recommend people who want to save some money and feed a small family of three then order from their special " buy 2 get 1 free deals". Output time is decent along with good service. No long waits as was only diner at 11 am.

I was excited to return to Sao Bien for a bowl of bún bò Huế, but today's experience was disappointing. We ordered two bowls for our party of three, as my 97-year-old grandfather cannot finish a full portion. At other restaurants this has never been an issue. When we asked for an extra bowl to share, we were given a tiny disposable paper bowl--smaller than the soup spoon itself. When we requested a proper bowl, we were told it was against "policy" since the kitchen is separate from the restaurant. This explanation felt unreasonable and made what should have been a simple, enjoyable meal unnecessarily frustrating.

Service was good, our waiter recommended the clams and also a vegetable dish (not pictured) that we saw everyone ordering. Everything tasted authentic, fresh and amazing! The broth for the clams was so light with a hint of garlic/butter and spice- highly recommend. I would definitely be back to try other items on their menu.

Saw this on yelp and just happened to be in the Little Saigon area. Parking was no issue since it's located in a large strip center. Yelp reviews suggested the crawfish and yelpers were correct. This entree was outstanding! We also ordered Ala carte clams, catfish soup and claypot fish. Everything was fresh tasting, piping hot and flavorful. Definitely recommend checking out this establishment if you're in the neighborhood.

    Bun bo hue, so good!

We loved our meal here at Sao Bien! Note, it is cash only but there is an ATM in the restaurant. The dining space is about medium-sized I would say, but as a party of 2 we didn't need a reservation. The menu here is quite extensive, which is awesome. I got the Bun Bo Hue here, and it was phenomenal. Plus, the restaurant's chili sauce was insanely spicy but still so very flavorful. The service was great, and the meal was overall wonderful and very enjoyable. The restaurant is part of a major strip mall complex, so there is plentiful parking in the area. I highly recommend coming here!

Great food, fast service, and price very reasonable. I wish there are more restaurants like this. The server is very friendly too.

Baranzino: tender fish served with a savory broth. Delicious and pretty healthy. I would come back for this for sure. I did wish it came with something else outside of the fish for the price but still delicious none the less. 9/10 Yuzu ceasar: nice rendition on a Ceasar and the yuzu definitely came through and the lettuce was nice and crunchy. Great start to the meal. 9.2/10 Garlic parm fries: delicious, crunchy, hot. I think it could have been even more garlicky but that is my preference. 8.5/10 Arancini: solid take on fried arancini but I didn't really get the kimchi flavors. Still tasty and would order again but maybe it could dial those flavors up. 8.5/10 Miso bacon carbarnara: definitely one of the highlights of the meal. Everyone was scooping up every bit of sauce on this one. 9.5/10 Pork belly: the pork was flavorful and tender but the mashed potatoes under it was the real hero. 8.7/10 Pork jowl: this might have been my favorite thing along with the carbanara. The problem was extremely tender and yet still had some give. The accompanying sauce gave it a salty kick and wrapping it in lettuce really gave it that korean essence. 9.5/10 Overall, this place delivered on great food and would come back anyway for a fancy meal. Also shoutout to our server who dealt with the entire restaurant alone and didn't miss a beat.

I drove over to place which had plenty of parking and walked to the front counter. We set the pickup for 4:45pm and I arrived 4:40pm. I also looked at the other pizzas they had on display that were for sale by the slice and their Detroit style looked awesome but really huge square slices! My order was ready on time and headed over to the friend's place. The Motörhead pizza looked awesome that I already took a slice off from it in the picture. It tasted absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend if you're a meat lovers pizza fan. The wings were delicious with the buffalo sauce and ranch and the combo americano was pretty good too! Overall the meal was around $65 or so. Friend paid but that's my close guesstimate. I think the XL pizza size is worth for a big party. Get it sliced twice so it's not really long slices and helps with your party. The man working directly with preparing the food was the one who stated there were cashews in the dressing so I was inclined to trust his call, but seeing you say there isn't any nuts in it leaves me with little confidence on what the actual answer is. I have zero issues with the fact this is not an allergen free kitchen but I still think items should be properly noted/staff should be educated on what things do *directly* contain allergens. Original Review: Was excited to try Jan's after hearing so much rave about them. Tried their chicken caesar wrap today. Those with nut allergies beware, the caesar dressing has cashews. I feel like this should be obnoxiously labeled everywhere. Most people will not think to even ask about nuts in a caesar salad/dressing and tree nut allergies are one of the most common. I almost didn't ask myself but at the last second choose to because these health bar places sure love to hide nuts in the randomest things Perfect example of today. Considering it isn't labeled on the advertisement or menu anywhere, it should be confident knowledge amongst your staff at least. The cashier said she didn't think there was any nuts and listed all the ingredients in the wrap but luckily double checked with the kitchen staff and confirmed the cashews in the dressing (which is mixed into the wrap + on the side) I was able to swap out the dressing. Then I proceeded to stand by and wait for 20+ minutes because I made the mistake of telling her to put it in a togo box so it'd be easier for me to pack up if needed. Apparently if you request a togo container rather than dine in, everyone in the kitchen automatically assumes you're just a delivery app/online order and they place it off the side instead of calling out your name like they should do with all orders. I stood there for over 20 minutes (with the cashier walking by noticing me and not acknowledging my wait) until I saw a couple who came in AFTER me get their order literally dropped off to them. Then I asked the cashier to check on my order because at this point, I assumed they forgot it. But nope, it was just sitting off to the side with 3 other orders because no one decided to call it out like they did with several orders before mine? My order was a single wrap, I felt like the cashier should've at least considered that I had been standing in front of her for a long time for one single item and taken the initiative to check on it or something. I imagine this is a common place for many folks to stop by in hopes of a quick lunch, during a work break, or with the fair expectation that they shouldn't be waiting as long (if not longer) than a sit down full service restaurant. I luckily came early enough otherwise I would've been way late for my doctors appointment waiting for my single wrap. The prices here are not cheap and while I don't mind paying a higher price for quality food, quality service should be apart of that experience. The wrap was enjoyable even with the swapped out dressing but the overall experience left me unsure if I'd be willing to come back. It all felt extremely disorganized and careless.
